Last handful of years.

From suicidal to stable. Medicated to self regulated.

A lot of bullshit, but a solid chunk of good that I’m able to recognize at the same time.

I got to meet @movementsofficial and thank them for making their record that legitimately stopped me from killing myself. It had that big of an impact on me that I have their lyrics tattooed on my head as a reminder.

Also got to meet @jaytaj and have a few minute conversation about mental health and the pressures we put on ourselves. “Build the house one brick at a time”.

I fall off the grid, but I have some good people that don’t toss me to the curb for it. I’m grateful for that.

Feeling that low is awful and the last couple years, I’ve really tried to not hold this stuff in anymore.

Being sad doesn’t make you weak.

If I’m going to use social media, I want to use it for good reasons and putting a spotlight on mental health. Knowing someone can relate to you can be make or break in sticking around.

Still have work to do, but I’m a lot better than I was.

Turmeric concentrate is used primarily for its powerful health benefits, particularly due to its active compound, curcumin. Here’s why you should consider using turmeric concentrate:

🌿 Top Reasons to Use Turmeric Concentrate

1. Powerful Anti-Inflammatory
Curcumin helps reduce inflammation in the body.
Useful for managing joint pain, arthritis, and muscle soreness.
2. Natural Antioxidant
Helps fight free radicals that damage cells and cause aging.
Supports skin health and immune system function.
3. Supports Joint & Muscle Recovery
Ideal for athletes or anyone with an active lifestyle.
Can reduce post-exercise swelling and speed up recovery.
4. Boosts Immunity
Turmeric has antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.
Helps the body defend against colds, flu, and infections.
5. Supports Brain Function
Curcumin may enhance mood and support memory by increasing brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).
Studied for its potential role in reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
6. Aids Digestion
Stimulates bile production, which helps digest fats.
Useful for those with bloating, indigestion, or gas.

⚠️ Why Concentrate vs. Powder?
Higher potency: You get more curcumin per serving.
Better absorption: Many concentrates include black pepper extract (piperine), which boosts absorption by up to 2,000%.
Convenient: Easier to take daily compared to capsules or raw turmeric.
