what’s the FIRST thing to let go of if you could?!👇🏼

Most clients come to FaceUp sessions with specific concerns…

Some are aesthetic, some are about chronic tension/pain, usually it’s a mix of both.

What’s louder and holds more weight than their concerns?

They’re nervous systems. Every time. That’s what I work with as I’m releasing their jaw or sculpting their facial muscles.

AND—most underrated benefit of this fascia bodywork is SPACE.

I help your body & face go from contracted, clenching, holding on to open, relaxed, and letting go.

The tension patterns can be undone. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system is what allows the fascial pathways to clear, so your body can process emotions that were buried deep below the surface, clear tension, expel lymphatic waste, and you literally GLOW from the inside out.

Feel good, look bright✨

Upcoming Teachers in Residence

As the seasons shift, a new series of residencies begins at Schwarzschmied. From next week, @idavolmer returns as a Yoga Teacher in Residence, followed by @lauraholon in October for a Yoga & Kneipp Residency.

In November, we’ll welcome four teachers from @basic_____space, bringing a mix of Yoga and Pilates classes to the hotel. Towards the end of the month, Mark Wuest joins us for a Pilates & Dance Residency, followed by six teachers from @arrow__yoga Studio in the US.

@annakstl will close this year’s residencies with a series of guided breathwork and sauna sessions in mid-December.

Discover all upcoming residencies and dates at schwarzschmied.com.
