CREATIVE LAB 2.0

Creativity isn’t just something an artist is born with. It’s something we need to keep exercising.

In a world where artists are constantly expected to create, adapt, collaborate and find new ways of expressing themselves, the ability to think beyond the obvious, respond instinctively and stay open to possibility has become more important than ever.

This workshop brings together Improv and Movement Therapy to explore creativity through two powerful entry points: the mind and the body.

Through improv, we work with spontaneity, quick thinking, play, collaboration and the ability to embrace the unexpected.
Through movement, we step away from habitual patterns and explore how the body can unlock new impulses, expressions and possibilities.

For artists who want to think differently, move differently and create differently.
