✨ Member Spotlight ✨

Today, our amazing member @artbynancy.b surprised us with these beautiful drawings of our dogs, and we're completely blown away. ❤️

Nancy is one of our wonderful regulars who helps make our community so special. Not only is she a genuinely kind and caring person, but she's also an incredibly talented artist.

The detail in these drawings is unreal—she captured their expressions and personalities so perfectly. We can't stop smiling every time we look at them.

Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your talent with us. We absolutely love them! 🐾

Polar bear portrait 🐻‍❄️❄️✨

Swipe for the close ups, the photo vs drawing & my student @artbynancy.b ‘s result!✍🏼

Nancy is particularly into drawing wildlife pieces - she wanted to challenge herself with drawing white fur on white paper. Nancy watches my demonstration in real time via video call, I explain my thought process whilst visually showing my technique. We drew this one over a couple of months. The result is incredible and I’m so proud of her!

Usually with dogs & cats the hidden colours are more hidden, however these polar bears definitely had some colour to them! If you zoom into the reference photo you’ll see what I mean. Lots of lilac, yellow & blue 🤍
