If you think about it, will anyone know you exist in 100 years?

This thought unlocks this energy in me, the same energy I saw in grown adults drawing with chalk on the ground with no reason, gone by one spray or rain. A childhood locked in me. In all of us. When play is the key.

My camcorder from 2004 is a thing of the past. Rebelling against my phone this once, just for you to probably watch it on one. But I wanted this feeling of a good old memory, something real, before it's all AI and questionable.

Why did I used to feel guilty spending money on art? The price is more, but it's made by human, not some big ass company, mass produced junk. One of one pieces that connect us to community.

These little things are so fleeting. The landscape, the people, the music. The connections.

Is anything as serious as we make it seem then? Why is it so hard to be, to just live without all the fears?

A custom commissioned piece from my Game Theory tennis series 🎾🌊

Ocean waves are kept orderly through white courtlines, then surrounded by a border of vibrant mosses and fluffy texture. I love playing with the contrast between the clean geometry of a tennis court and the messy texture of nature. A satin finish across the courts adds even more ocean-esque shine. The moss gave me hell but I am SO in love with the result.

Made for a tennis lover and Santa Monica home. 🌊🎾

Wow! What an incredible inaugural @artonocean — Palisades Park Arts Festival in @cityofsantamonica! @venicepaparazzi and @westsidephotoclub was on the scene documenting all the art, music, food and community fun.

On Saturday, August 8, Ocean Avenue alongside Palisades Park was transformed into a vibrant, walkable outdoor arts destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

More than 100 California artists showcased paintings, photography, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry, mixed-media and handcrafted creations. The festival also featured live music by Nick Kennerly, Mudslide Mojo, La Compania and @countryhousepartymusic, plus DJs, a Wine Garden, Paint & Sip, local food and drinks, and free creative activities for kids and families.

Kudos to the event organizers @jenmsm and Danny Rice, volunteers, participating artists and everyone who helped bring this incredible first-year festival to life! What a beautiful celebration of art, creativity and community in Santa Monica.

Extremely grateful to have been a part of Art on Ocean at the Palisades Park Arts Festival. Connecting with everyone who stopped by, shared stories, and took home original artwork meant the absolute world to me.

To the incredible organizers, my fellow artists, and every single person who came out to support Virtues of Yve and The Sovereign Brush—thank you from the bottom of my heart for making August 8th so unforgettable. Your support keeps the canvas alive! 🎨💫 @artonocean
