I got the pleasure of making it into this show at The Art Station and I couldn't be more excited! Im sure many of you know I love me some southern superstitions so I had to hop on to this opportunity! Cant wait to go down again for the reception on the 7th and see all the amazing artist that also got in! Hope to see some of you there!

My painting for the show is labeled "Open Wondow Invitation" its based off the idea of not leaving windows open or uncovered at night due to it being an invite for whatever lurks onces the sun goes down. Similar to whistling in the mountains, dont let them know you are there.

Forgive my sloppy progress photographs lol. This is the sister to my last painting, I’m so excited to pair them together in Southern Superstition @artstationcobb . The reception is November 7th, 2-4 pm! See you guys soon.

When it’s hot in the poor places tonight, I’m not going outside…

This painting was a bit finicky to photograph (thank you @hoyt_stover ) but all the more reason to see it in person at @artstationcobb this month! I’m stoked that this painting and her sister—to be revealed soon—were accepted! Expect more exciting news soon :)

Despite the rain 😭, I had an amazing time @artstationcobb !

Thank you to the event organizers and volunteers for taking care of us and making the whole event an experience to remember!

My top 5 moments:
1. Meeting new customers and having genuine conversations.
2. Seeing returning customers and them wearing my products 😭
3. All of the “That’s soooo cute!” compliments.
4. Connecting with such talented artists.
5. And of course my friends coming out to support me.

I am new to vending but meeting everyone just warms my heart and continues to motive me to keep doing what I do. 🫶🏻
