POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Undercurrents is one week away!
This coming together of communities, creators, and seers was seeded in an everyday sort of conversation with Jorge Gallo @asomcmusic about my desire to bring my creations into the world, and rooted over the past year in an evolving vision shared with my dear friend and collaborator Paul Corman-Roberts @cormanroberts.

We hope you’ll join us for an evening honoring what moves us in unseen places—beneath the canopy, encircled by redwoods, where illuminated sculptures, spoken word, subtle movement, ambient washes, and painted marks converge in the present moment.

Another year full of collaborations & projects & people who fill my heart and make me feel like I have a place in the world. In some ways this was a tough year for me, but when I look back at all the things I got to do I can't help but be grateful. Love y'all.

Pheww, I haven’t done one of these in a minute. This time we’re raising funds for our beloved Bee (@mostlyjustmyoutfits ) and her vicious ass fight with ovarian cancer. As she begins her chemo journey, we are hoping to create as comfortable of an environment for her & her closest people and care team as possible. At this point money is a really helpful way for the public to get involved. We’ve been raising funds through gofundme for a year and we need to keep the momentum up! So I’m here dangling some amazing art in your face to give you more incentive to do so. Every artist in this raffle knows and loves Bee so this is a sweet and intimate situation we have goin here. I also want to just make a note that even if you don’t know Bee well or have never met her: trust my word that she’s one of the most special people I’ve ever she the privelege of loving and being loved by.

**To enter, donate $25 to the gofundme link in my linktree (in bio). You can enter as many times as you’d like, each $25 counts as 1 entry[$50=2, etc].** Then screenshot your receipt and DM it to @asaspadesart.

Due to this being a longer term situation, I may do multiple rounds, so if you have interest in participating don’t hesitate to reach out. For now, this will be ongoing until (my birthday) July 5th. We do not have a $$ goal beyond getting as close as we can to the 100k mark!

Each winner will receive an assorted bundle of the amazing items pictured as a thank you for their participation. Each bundle has between $200-300 value.

And as always a huge thank you to the amazing artists who have donated their work to support our sweet Bee <3:

ART FUNDRAISER ❤️‍🩹
Please consider supporting in anyway possible 🙏🏼

Repost info by @asaspadesart :

Here we go, this fundraiser is live now.
We are raising money for @mecaforpeace , the Middle East Children's Alliance (donation link in bio).
I chose this direct aid method because affected folks on the ground have been reporting the charities and funds are not getting the money and resources to the affected areas quickly enough.
MECA has already gotten emergency aid to the more than 85,000 of the 1.5 million people who have now been displaced in Gaza. Their staff and local partners are on the ground in Gaza directly responding to the immediate needs of those affected by the Isreali apartheid crimes and violence. I could go on and on about the atrocities being committed, but my guess is that is not news to you and you may be looking for a way to invest support into helping people survive this g3n0c!de.

**To enter, Venmo $25 to the MECA direct aid link in my bio. You can enter as many times as you'd like, each $25 counts as 1 entry[$50=2, etc]. Then screenshot your receipt and DM it to me. **
Depending on the response, we may do multiple rounds. For now, this will be ongoing until NOVEMBER 26th. Our first fundraising goal is $1000.
If we reach our goal by the 26th, we will be randomly selecting 4 winners. Each winner will receive an assorted bundle of the items pictured as a thank you.

🇵🇸❤️‍🩹🇵🇸

I want to give a shout-out to the 16 amazing artists that donated some of their creations to this cause.
Couldn't have done it without you all. And special mention to @shrekgroupie for assisting me behind the scenes.

Thank you all.
