What a trip!
So much still to unpack from our Ghost Deep Dive this past week…
But for now here’s a little sneak peak into this year’s adventure, depth and play!

When we go to nature we naturally come back into connection with self 🌿

By plugging ourselves into the natural elements - Earth, Water, Air, Fire - by feeling the earth beneath our feet, listening to the rush of the creek, feeling the wind on our skin and the heat of the sun on our body - we naturally start to remember and feel the beauty of life 🌸

And by remembering and feeling the beauty of life, we naturally align back to gratitude.

And through gratitude, we have the ability to come back to the resonant vibration of Love ❤️

Then the Truth of who we are naturally rises and we come home to ourself.

And so I share this teaching with you that comes from the Rose Petal Path and the Way of Love teachings of my teachers @wearevisionaryhearts

“The way back to Love is through remembering Beauty”.

❤️🌿🕊️

Go out into nature.
Feel the wind.
Hear the creek.
Let nature soothe you.
And allow your body to remember the resonant vibration of Love.

❤️🌸🌹🕊️✨🌈

What it means to be alive… to truly live… is to embrace it all.

The heartbreak.
The grief.
The uncertainty.
The joy.
The celebration.
The love.
The connection.
The moments that bring you to your knees, and the ones that remind you why life is so incredibly precious.

This year asked me to hold the entire spectrum.

I said goodbye to my sweet Nugget, walked through one of the hardest seasons of motherhood alongside my son, and discovered depths of strength, surrender, and unconditional love I never knew I possessed.

And somehow, in that very same year, life also invited me into extraordinary beauty.

I stood on the sacred lands of Peru, floated over Cappadocia in a hot air balloon with my son, lead voice and embodiment work in Hawai’i, held space at a beautiful retreat in Italy and Spain, parasailed with my family, and found pieces of myself in places I had never imagined I’d go.

Every journey taught me something.

Every place introduced me to souls who now are lifelong friends.

There was dancing, breathwork, music, laughter, tears, and the beautiful reminder that we were never meant to do this life alone.

Some of my greatest moments weren’t across the world—they were at home.

Holiday traditions with my family. Game nights with my boys. Hikes in nature. And welcoming our wild little Bodhi into our lives.

Professionally, this year expanded me in every way. I helped incredible clients bring their stories into the world, stepped fully into a new chapter with The Uncommon Business, had the privilege of leading an affiliate program that contributed to a $19 million launch, and collaborated with some of the most brilliant, heart-led humans I’ve ever known.

But my greatest growth happened quietly.

I learned to set boundaries.
To ask for what I need.
To receive support.
To trust that vulnerability is strength.
And to believe that even after life brings you to your knees, you can rise again.

This year reminded me that life isn’t measured by how often we’re happy.

It’s measured by how deeply we’re willing to feel.
How fully we’re willing to love.
How courageously we’re willing to keep saying yes.

As I step into another year I am grateful for it all ❤️

90’s summer loading 🌀

A little late, but we just opened our summer calendar and July + August are already nearly full, with only one week remaining in each month.

Our Lower Mission home (on Bellevue Creek) is a 10-minute creek walk to @barnowlbrew, @themissioncreamery, @milkshedcoffeehouse and @theenzlive and another 5 minutes to the lake.

Pool. Hot tub. Steam shower. Small sauna.
Sleeps up to 12.

Think morning coffee runs, creek walks, ice cream after the beach, pool days, and long summer evenings.

DM for private bookings — Airbnb calendar in bio ☀️

“Before this retreat, I didn’t realize how disconnected I’d become — from myself, my emotions, and the people I care about. I came in carrying stress, pressure, and isolation. I left feeling grounded, supported, and more aligned with the man I want to be.”

Men’s work matters because too many men are carrying everything alone. Spaces like this remind us that strength isn’t about shutting down — it’s about showing up fully, taking responsibility, and growing alongside other men committed to living with integrity and purpose.

🌿🌸 New Moon Despacho 🌸🌿

In the Andean traditions, the earth offering rituals of Despachos are central to keeping and restoring Ayni ~ Sacred Reciprocity ~ with all of life.

Through prayer and blessings we connect to our ancestors, the plants, the animals, the nature spirits and the seen and unseen realms.

When we give offerings to the land, we are nourishing the relationships with these beings ~ we are feeding them and supporting the sacred connection with them.

Just like any friendship or relationship we wish to build, we tend to and nurture it so it can blossom and grow.

Offerings can include:
Tobacco
Grains
Seeds
Feathers
Flowers
Stones & crystals

When we give to them, they give to us.

When we tend here, we are weaving our gratitude into the Earth & all of Life.

Thank you Pachamama.
🙏🏽🕊️🌸🌿

There are many ways to do Despachos, this is only one way :)

This is about seeing yourself clearly.

Your patterns. Your reactions. Your standard.

and big shared breakfasts
no classrooms
no fluorescent lighting

our feet planted
in squishy moss carpet
often
looking up at tall tall trees

treats from the bakery
and play
so much play

belly laughs
more singing
the birds too
and so so much silliness

it gets to be this good—
