Sometimes we find the most beauty in the untamed moments. Busy children, changing seasons, giggles, tears, giant sticks, and the occasional fire ant. It all reminds us that we’re alive and are fortunate enough to experience it all! This family was glowing in that golden light and I was so grateful to be there for it.

Do you know what happens when women come together and decide they want to change the birth narrative?

It’s life changing. It’s empowering.

I just sent out a few more #FitMindandBodyBirth class packages and so excited to support and connect with these women in the coming weeks and throughout their pregnancy’s!!

❌They are not taking society’s view on childbirth….That it’s scary. Or just something we show up for. Or that “all that matters is we have a healthy baby”….nothing about our experience.

They know how we bring our babies into the world matters.

✅They are taking their birth into their own hands.

Over the course of the next 6 weeks, we are going to tear down the lies they have heard about birth and gain the confidence and knowledge to birth in their power.

We have a few seats left if you’d like to join us tomorrow evening and the next 5 Thursdays evenings at 6pm EST.

Head to the link in my bio to register or

I hope to see you in class!!!

We can’t wait to watch the journey of their athletes, Anthony, Riley, Jordan, and Josh, as they realize their limitless potential this summer! This nonprofit has big ambitions and we are honored to be a part of their journey! Thank you to Chase and Dani at @adventureforallfund for showing up for these athletes day after day.

Grateful for friends with strong roots. For friendships that don’t need daily communication to work. That always make time. That you never question their friendship. For friends that invite us into their home to break bread with their families. We love you❤️ Wishing everyone had a beautiful day with their loved ones and ate all the pie they wanted 😁❤️ #Grateful #HappyThanksgiving #family #momlife
