Creating what didn’t exist when I first started out in Pilates & group fitness: a space where women of all backgrounds come together with the common goal of inclusivity in wellness. So proud of how this team continues to grow at Embody Pilates 🤎 Missing a few and there’s so much more to come this year xx

Trying to fit an entire year of memories into one post feels impossible. Birthdays, first proms, California trips, graduations, moving cities with Dillan, and getting to do all the fun, meaningful things I love with my dancers, watching them grow and making the best memories together 🤍So many weddings I’m forever grateful for, and the best ending of all-bringing home our sweet Teddy 🐶 Life threw us a curveball with Dillan’s foot surgery, but we faced it together and came out stronger.

2026, we’re ready ✨

Our first Holiday Team Dinner @embodypilatesla 🎄

So much to be grateful for this year at EP. A year filled with many firsts that would not be possible without everyone at this table. Missing four team members; here’s to expansion in the new year ❤️

Why wouldn't I want a beach product that makes doing what I love all that better?
