Everyone has a reason.

To be stronger.
To keep up with their kids.
To improve their health.
To build confidence.
To challenge themselves.
To prove something to themselves.

The workout might bring us together, but the reason we show up is different for every person who walks through our doors.

And on the days motivation isn’t there, it’s that reason that keeps us coming back.

The year is 2006. You just got home from school so you grab a Sunny D from the fridge turn on MTV. Carson Daly just announced the guest artist on TRL: a new group with burlesque roots, The Pussycat Dolls (PCD). Life is good.
