💛✨ CURRENT STATUS: VERY GRATEFUL… & NOT DONE YET! 😜✨

Summer ’26, you’ve been rather fabulous!☀️🥂🌺

Grateful for health, strength, peace within, beautiful friendships, family, community, new experiences and all those little moments that somehow become the big ones. 🧡

And obviously… grateful for the furry family members who contribute enormously to our wellbeing while simultaneously demanding snacks, attention and ownership of the sofa. 🐾😂

Because real wellness isn’t about having a perfectly zen life.🧘🏼‍♀️It’s about connection, laughter, love, creativity, nature, good people and finding that calm place within yourself ~ even amongst the sometimes chaotic days. 🌿

So THANK YOU, 2026 so far… 🙏🏼
But I’m not finished with you yet!😁

🍂 More adventures
✨ More beautiful connections
🎨 More creativity
😂 Definitely more laughter
🤎 And a whole lot more living.

Gratitude Friday check-in… what’s making YOUR heart happy right now?😊🧡

This September, JV H.O.M.E. becomes the stage for the World Premiere of Lullaby. the extraordinary new dance theatre production by multi-award-winning choreographer Jasmin Vardimon MBE.

📅 Friday 18 & Saturday 19 September
📍 JV H.O.M.E., Ashford, Kent

More than 20 years after the original Lullaby took the theatre world by storm, Jasmin Vardimon returns to her landmark work, reimagining and expanding it for today’s audiences.

Expect striking imagery, visceral movement, wit and raw honesty as a hospital ward is transformed into a playground of emotion — exploring human connection, vulnerability, resilience and hope.

We couldn’t be more excited to share this remarkable work with our home audience before it travels around the world.

Co-commissioned by Sadler’s Wells, Ashford Borough Council & DanceEast

True radiance begins with restoration.

After a beautifully busy few weeks of advanced facial training, social events, weddings, and some exciting commercial work, I’m back in the studio, embracing the quieter side of what I do—where intentional touch, results-driven skincare, and restorative rituals come together.

Because the most beautiful skin isn’t forced. It’s nurtured.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful for life right now filled with growth, creativity, wonderful clients, and meaningful opportunities. Now, it feels good to slow down, reconnect, and help others do the same.

Swipe to see what I’ve been up to ✨

😊📸 IN THE PHOTO ~ well @donnaashworthwords captured this perfectly with her beautiful words 💛 Swipe to read! ⬅️⬅️⬅️

😊I’m usually much happier behind the camera than in front of it. I love capturing the beauty, joy and special moments of the people around me. But this poem from the book ‘Wild Hope’ really made me think.

✨Our worth has never been measured by how we look in a photograph. It’s measured by the love we share, the laughter we bring, the hugs we give and the memories we create with our friends and family.

✨So here’s a gentle reminder to myself, and maybe to you too… step into the photo every now and then. Be brave!

✨One day, those pictures won’t be about how you looked. They’ll be a treasured reminder that you were there, sharing your beautiful energy with the people who love you.

Because your presence is the real picture. ✨💛✨

What a week! I still can’t quite believe that my very first ‘Ashford Connect’ event is officially over. What started as an idea has now become something real, and seeing so many incredible women come together under one roof meant more than I can put into words.

Thank you to every single person who bought a ticket, showed up, supported, encouraged me, shared the event, or simply believed in the vision. You’ve helped me take the first step in building something I truly hope will become a special community.

A huge thank you to my amazing @eventsbylauneden team, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Your support, patience and hard work made the day possible, and I’m so grateful I had you by my side.

To all of our partners and everyone who played a part - thank you for trusting me and helping bring this event to life.

It’s been one of the busiest (and most rewarding!) weeks I’ve had in a long time, and now I’m looking forward to a little time to rest, recharge and reflect before planning what’s next.
