💪🏼 We’re back, baby!

I’m so excited to begin another round of the Strong Girls Series for girls ages 8–10!

This class is about so much more than lifting weights. It’s about helping girls learn how strong their bodies are, feel confident trying new things, and build a positive relationship with movement from an early age.

Over the course of the series, we’ll work on:
✨ Strength & stability
✨ Coordination, agility & athletic movement
✨ Core strength
✨ Proper form & body awareness
✨ Confidence & teamwork
✨ And, of course… having FUN!

🗓️ September 29th - November 3rd
🕚 Tuesdays 3:00 - 4:00pm
📍 Beverly Studio

My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, and proud of what she can do ❤️

If you have a girl who loves sports, is looking to get stronger, or would simply benefit from a fun, encouraging environment to move and build confidence, I’d love to have her join us!

💪🏼Stronger Together💪🏼
Want to workout alongside your daughter? A parent or guardian is welcome to join for a small additional fee!

See you in class wearing our financial decisions.
