Our staff 🩷 it was so fun to see everyone dressed up instead of in leggings 🤣 If you’d like to join our next lollipop photoshoot, please dm us so we can send you a link before we post it publicly :)

Our lollipop beach photoshoot with @moonveil_aerial was th best day ever! Not only did we get incredible photos and videos, but hanging out with everyone was its own lovely experience. The weather was perfect. If you’re interested in the next one, send us a message! 💌

I was filled with so much love this Valentine’s Day for so many different reasons but one of my favorite was getting to host the couples aerial yoga and sound bath event alongside the amazing @ashleydang at Open Aerial!

I got to spend the night with the person I love the most and all my favorite people at the studio! It was such a rewarding and fun experience and it reminded me of how much love this studio and community has brought to me in just a short few months! Happy anniversary @open.aerial I can’t wait to see where you go🤍✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Waves of Wellness this weekend! It was a refreshing morning of movement, mindfulness, and coastal calm to get the year started right. We’re already counting down the days for our next one. 🌊 Special thanks to @onestory.creative, @scottperryperformance, @motion_fitnessgroup, @open.aerial, @ashleydang, @rozzwelll and @surfcityusa for bringing the vibes and helping make it all happen.

I remember watching the livestream of the Huntington Beach pier in the Hollister store at the Alderwood Mall now they ask me to host events here and I have a dozen employees to help me ❤️

When I got asked to co-headline Waves of Wellness at @paseahotel my head immediately went to how much my ego would love to see myself guide a class at this resort on a stage, in front of the ocean, wearing a mic, telling everyone I’m the founder with our logos behind us. But what actually moves the needle forward for the parts of Open Aerial that are not me… our staff and our students? Watching @ashleydang do what she loves was more rewarding than any spotlight ☀️
