When this client first hired me in July 2025 all she knew were the extremes…

👉🏻Driving to and from the gym, spending hours inside.

👉🏻 Tracking all of her food and cutting out everything that tastes good.

👉🏻 High intensity cardio, that burned a ton of calories.

You know… all the things that had what worked for her before motherhood.

But now she found herself in the trenches, with two under two, and knew none of those things were realistic or sustainable.

And that’s when she stumbled across my IG and saw a busy mom of two littles who had lost 80 pounds and got in the best shape of her life without having to do any of those things.

She thought to herself, the quickest way for me to do the same would be to hire her to provide me the proven framework and crystal-clear step by step process.

Smart girl.

Fast forward 6 months later and this busy mom was celebrating…

🎉 26 pounds down and fitting into all her favorite clothes again, comfortably (without having to give up her speciality coffee addiction☕️😍)

🎉 loving how she looked in photos (without having to spend hours in the gym, away from her family)

🎉 not only “feeling like herself again” but stepping into the strongest, fittest, healthiest and most confident era of her life.

And the best part??
She got to keep these results LONG TERM.

This client has now been applying The Forever Fit Framework for 14 months and the results just keep coming (not surprised). She is 35 lbs down and has had to go shopping for an entire new wardrobe because her pre-kid wardrobe doesn’t fit her. (Sorry, not sorry sis).

These type of results don’t just happen for this client.

This happens for every busy mom who comes in and applies the framework.

If you’re ready for results like this, DM me READY, and let’s have a girl to girl chat about what’s possible for you.

Ashley could’ve easily stood behind the fact that, “life is too busy, it’s not the time to prioritize myself”

And while this would’ve been so valid, after all, she was a busy, working mom of two littles…

It still would’ve been an excuse.

And because of the person that she is… and the standards that she holds for herself and her life…

She wasn’t willing to spend another day uncomfortable in her body (without doing something about it).

She wasn’t willing to spend the rest of her life dodging photos and avoiding mirrors.

She wasn’t willing to settle for a body that didn’t match the places she was going in her business, relationships and personal life.

The reality is, Ashley understood that there is a cost to everything.

A cost to “waiting for life to slow down”

A cost to sitting in indecision and over-contemplation.

A cost to letting fear and uncertainty win.

The only reason Ashley is celebrating the mind blowing results she has today is because she trusted herself, took a leap of faith and WENT FOR IT!

6 months from now we can either be celebrating 30+ pounds down and you fitting into a jean size that you never thought possible…

Or you could be exactly where you are today.

Choose wisely.

Your future self is watching.

DM me READY and lets chat what’s possible for you.
