Ashley knows what’s up!! It’s always good to keep a few packs of PUMFU on deck ready to go!! 😋 Because with 34g of simple plant-based protein per pack and unrivaled versatility—Pumfu is a staple you don’t want to be with out!! 🌱💚

Here’s a peek inside my refrigerator after a major trip to @wholefoods & @jimbosnaturally ✨

👉🏼 Swipe for descriptions/brands!!

My current “must have in the fridge at all times” items include: @grindstonebakery GF Flax bread, avocados, @hukitchen Hunks, celery, potatoes, blueberries, spinach & cashew milk.

I almost didn’t want to share this because my first thought was “There is way too much plastic in my fridge!” - but this is reality 🤷🏽‍♀️

Reducing your plastic intake can be tough. I always bring reusable produce bags for things like loose beets and fresh herbs as well as recycle the plastic produce containers when I am done using them ♻️

I would love to be completely plastic free and buy all my organic produce locally but that isn’t quite realistic for me at the moment and that’s ok! You don’t have to be perfect in your pursuit of being eco-friendly & helping the environment. Do what you can, be conscious and GO VEGAN 😜✌🏼🌱

Hey everyone! I know most of you already know a little bit about me but for those of you who don’t, I wanted to take a quick second to share my story and how The Perfect Pecans came to be!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m Ashley & about 7 years ago, I started eating all organic/non-GMO and stopped eating gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Almost immediately, I experienced a major transformation in my health and felt better than I had in years.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I began sharing my experience and what I was eating here on Instagram and through my blog, @ashleysorganics. Helping to educate and inspire others to make healthier choices quickly turned into my biggest passion.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A few years later, I adopted a fully vegan lifestyle and removed all animal products from my diet as well as any products that participated in animal testing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A couple years after that while I was home for Thanksgiving, I started testing out some recipes for a healthy vegan holiday dessert and roasted my first batch of pecans. They were gone almost instantly and I continued to make them for friends and family and everyone was RAVING about them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I decided to start an @etsy shop for The Perfect Pecans which quickly became a huge hit! From there, I built my own website, Theperfectpecans.com, and have continued working hard to share these delicious (& healthy!) pecans with the world.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although this process has come with it’s fair share of challenges, it has been incredibly rewarding and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not only are The Perfect Pecans incredibly delicious, pecans have shown to help improve and maintain peak brain function! 🤓🧠✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pecans are considered “brain food” due to the high concentration of the minerals such as manganese, thiamine and copper. These minerals contribute to proper functioning of the brain as well assisting in energy production throughout the day making them an awesome snack to have at your desk!

What’s one thing you do every day (or almost everyday) to show up for yourself??
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Recently for me, it’s been getting out in nature and going for a walk or a hike. Walking for 30 minutes a day can boost immune function, lessen joint pain, help increase energy and improve your mood 🏃🏽‍♀️✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I try to walk at least 2 miles a day, midday if possible, so I can soak up the Vitamin D from the sun ☀️ I’ve found going out on walks helps clear my mind, energize and inspire me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No surprise here, I usually bring The Perfect Pecans with me on long walks and hikes in case I need a snack along the way! 😄 The 3oz bag fits perfectly in my fanny pack and helps me power through even the toughest hikes!

My go to post-workout snack?? Sweet & Salty Perfect Pecans!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Perfect Pecans make the best post-workout snack because are organic, vegan, gluten free and do not contain refined sugar. They contain essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and protein (3g per ounce!) which are great for helping your body to recover after a strenuous workout.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you workout, your body releases electrolytes through sweat. The Pink Himalayan Salt in particular contains 84 minerals that provide your body with essential nutrients to aid in replenishing electrolytes. Pink Himalayan salt also contains magnesium, which works powerfully in your body to reduce muscle soreness.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So not only are The Perfect Pecans irresistibly delicious, they can help you bounce back and recover from your workouts even faster!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Head on over to our website, ThePerfectPecans.com (link in bio) to order your Perfect Pecans and get your sweat on!
