Some of you saw my linkedin post but this IG post is meant to be a more personal one for my archives. Took me some time to dig all the photos.

When I first joined 4 years ago, it wasn't just because it was one of the biggest companies in the world. It was also because it gave me something I never quite managed to achieve during my playing days, a way into Tier 1 professional esports.

During my time, each year brought a new challenge, each step came with greater ownership, broader scope, and for me, the new challenges pushed me far beyond what I thought I was capable of. Every year brought a new learning curve, and I am grateful to have been surrounded by people who allowed me to absorb knowledge like a sponge and continue growing.

PUBGM was the first place that truly showed me what Tier 1 esports looks like from a publisher and management perspective, it completely changed my understanding of what it takes to build an esports ecosystem.

Even today, after every tournament, every trophy lift, and every prize giving ceremony, I still get somewhat emotional. Not because I'm the one on stage, but because I genuinely feel happy for the players. I know I can never compete at the level anymore, but being able to contribute to the scene, support those chasing their dreams, and help esports continue to grow has been incredibly fulfilling.

Most importantly, I leave with something far more valuable than experience, which is relationships built along the way. I have met so many incredible people. Some became trusted colleagues, some became close friends, and a few I know will remain lifelong friendships. For that, I am truly grateful.

So to everyone I have met on this journey so far, thank you for the trust, support, opportunities, and memories. It has been an honour.

As for me, I believe it is time to continue growing. And while this chapter comes to an end, my journey continues.
