There’s something so special about photographing motherhood, that quiet strength, the laughter, the connection, and the way love just seems to overflow. ✨

This gorgeous session from my Kingscliff workshop had it all, a beautiful mum, her sweet girl, and a baby on the way. We wandered down a rustic path to the beach, chased waves until the sun dipped low, and finished the evening picking flowers by the lighthouse. 🌼

If you’ve been thinking about capturing your family before the year wraps up, now’s the time! I only have a handful of sessions left for the year.

Comment “JOY” to book yours now and secure your spot. 💛 Mother and daughter sitting in a field of yellow flowers during a warm sunset, gently holding blossoms together. captured naturally during a Sydney family photography session highlighting connection, emotion, and golden light.

My second Pareo design inspired from where I was born, Hinunangan Southern Leyte in the Philippines.
An 8 hour flight away from Australia where i currently live, an overnight boat ride to the closest “town” and then another 4 hour drive to finally reach it. It’s a journey but worth the adventure. A small tropical village where I unfortunately don’t visit enough but will always hold a special place in my heart 💛

Don’t forget your roots my friends.

Also featuring my new Daisy Crochet top. Both will be out very soon x

Aside from the happy couple, my favorite part of any wedding is the food! This week's #spoonflowerchallenge is #wedding #tablelinens. It was really fun to sketch the peonies from my yard for this #pattern. (I might have borrowed the menu from the Barefoot in Paris @inagarten cookbook.) I personally love a giant scale, but they don't tend to be as popular. Wouldn't it make a great #bridesmaids dress?

My friend @ashmendeydesign (we met in middle school!) painted this beautiful watercolor and when she posted it online, the story behind the work spoke to me and I knew I had to have a print!

The tones of this painting are breathtaking, but my favorite part are the dribbles. She originally started this painting and didn’t like it—so chucked it! Her chucking it created the dribbles, the “imperfection” that is perfect. Ash decided to go back to this painting a bit later and ended up working through it to finish this beauty. I’m so glad she did!

Art should speak to you, that’s how you know it’s for you. Art is personal to the individual. This piece will always remind me to keep pushing through the hard moments, the moments you dislike, the moments of self doubt and uncertainty…if you keep pushing through beauty and growth will prevail.

Still working on this corner of the room. Taking my time letting it come together with pieces I love and thrifted finds. Might keep this painting bare, might add a frame…we shall see.
