✨🧘 We’re so excited to announce that Tim will be teaching Ashtanga Primary Series at Narali every Sunday at 1:15 p.m., starting 8th November! We know so many of you have been asking for a daytime class on Sundays, and from November, it’s happening! Here’s a little glimpse of some of the poses you’ll explore. THE AUTUMN COLLECTION HAS DROPPED No, we haven’t launched an apparel line… although there is something new coming. We’re delighted to introduce our Autumn Collections: the classes you already know and love, alongside some exciting new additions, now grouped into collections to make discovering your perfect class even easier. HEAT | FLOW | FORM | REFORM | GLOW | MAMMA | RESET Each collection brings together classes with a similar feel, focus or intention, helping you get to know a little more about what we offer, and maybe discover something you’d never thought to try before. And we’ve been listening. You asked for more classes, different times and even more choice, so our new Autumn timetable brings additional classes, adjusted timings and some exciting changes across the week. Maybe you always FLOW, but it’s time to discover FORM. Maybe you love REFORM, but haven’t experienced GLOW. Or maybe what you really need right now is a little more RESET. But there’s something else hidden in our Autumn Collections too… Consider this another little teaser of something brand new coming to Satya. We haven’t officially revealed it to the public yet, but we may have hidden a few little nuggets in this post that give the game away. Any guesses what’s coming? The big reveal is coming soon but for now the new Autumn timetable is LIVE! Explore the collections, find your favourites and get booked in via the Satya Sanctuary app or website. A little timetable key: (O) denotes classes that are also available to join live on Zoom, as well as in person. * denotes classes that are booked externally with Nicole from Bump to Baby. We can’t wait for you to explore our Autumn Collections. The key to this posture is in the name - it means gate posture and we are trying to open our gate by keeping our torso long (as demonstrated by my lovely friend @mysorebristol 🥰) Or if, like me, natural flexibility doesn’t come easily you can still get the work by using a belt round the foot to resist against. Keeping the upper arm raised helps maintain the extension in the torso Filmed at the lovely @yogasanghamanchester by @ashtanga_tim 🙏💖 #theworkofsecondseries with @kinoyoga @lottasebzdayoga @heidikayoga @chandanabhowmickyoga @omstarsofficial #yogatutorial #parighasana #yogafriends #sideextension
