Sometimes Love isn’t flowers or candy, it’s finding time to fit a friend in to cup her back 🤍

Thanks for forever trusting me with your body @asiakbroadus as well as allowing me to always get better at my own craft.

First time putting on a bib in 6.5 years 🥹 I will say, I missed running, so this felt good. No pressure, no pre-race anxiety, just pure vibes. 🍀🥂

I texted @asiakbroadus in the beginning of the year I wanted to do a 5k & here we are! First one in the books. She set the pace and we finished in 28 minutes 🥳.

There’s a thin line between one day and day one. I chose to put the work in and love myself more this year. I didn’t like what I saw or how I felt so I did something about it. This is just the physical evolution I’ve experienced. I’d rather do them hard ass workouts instead of being frail, weak and insecure. I will take this type of hard any day. Thanks 2024 for building me up and here’s to 2025 where I continue to love myself and conquer my dreams🥰💪🏾🥂

Trainers need love too🫂🥹. It’s raining and I’m in my feels today (ntm). Community is so important. When you go to the gym everyday by yourself after a while it gets kindve boring. I’m a likkle shy so I stay to myself most of the time but I miss group classes and my girl Asia @asiakbroadus so @fitmomsofphilly will def find me coming through again for those group sessions. They are such a vibe 🫂❤️. And thank you Anthony for the amazing session ❤️❤️ @awwstar.tv

I feel like I share a lot of what I eat, but with the 75 hard challenge, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the how, so I wanted to make this cute collage 🥰

If you’re feeling stumped or getting bored with eating do these 3 things:

Unsubscribe from the “breakfast foods” mindset (despite the set up of this collage lol)— literally last week I had roast and sweet potatoes for breakfast. It’s a lot easier to build and enjoy nutritious meals when your eating surrounds you and not the time.

Try different shit. I’m talking to you, miss chicken tenders and fries 🫵🏾🙄 I’ve never liked cooking, but it became a lot more enjoyable as I tried different foods and cuisines. There is more to the world than chicken and rice.

Make room for what you like— for me, food has two purposes: nourishment and enjoyment. If it’s not doing at least one of the two, I’m not eating it.

Some of y’all diets are way too restrictive, life is meant to be lived 🦋

Sidebar: can you just imagine how many times the camera ate first 😭
