Some days feel like they were designed to remind you why you do this.

Started the morning at Pasadena City College walking a room full of creatives through pricing and productivity — the two things nobody wants to talk about but everybody needs to get right. Watching people shift in real time, when something clicks and they stop undervaluing themselves? That’s the whole reason I show up.

Then made my way out to Mariposa Junction - a corner of businesses that survived the Altadena fires when everything around it was destroyed. I was asked to consult around what the vision can look like post-fires including sales, marketing, and world building strategies. I could’ve easily done this via working at home, but being out there, talking to the owners, and feeling the impact of the fire first hand deeply informed the work I did.

This is what my work actually looks like. Not just the decks, calls, and the deliverables — it’s the rooms I’m in, the conversations I’m having, the spaces I’m choosing to support. Consulting, creative strategy, world-building. All of it connected.

Normalizing your actual worth is so deeply uncomfortable but this by far is one conversation I never get tired of with Asia

Whenever I tell someone the name of my business for the first time, their eyes are either intrigued or full of judgement lmao... but this is the honest story of how I got to this name... blame art majors in college lol.

Found this in the archives✨ Giving Us Our Flowers was a concept around honoring US in how we’re paving our own paths. For this campaign we chose women who are the living breathing definition of what LIVE TO DIE FREE means through their art, creativity, energy, and values.

It might be time for the Pt. 2! 👀
