A painting is a portal for me as the creator…

From where I am Now to back when and where I was in life when I created it, even when I made my own @vans with the painting ! 🖤

If you’ve ever been basking on the rocks on the beach and a bunch of cows come hang out with you, you have entered another dimension. Those were the days and many more to come ✨

I live in the art district in San Jose Del Cabo. Where you are now dining and drinking I was hanging out in empty buildings full of character and history revealed in the paint on the walls.

We lived practically in the sea every day .. everyday with Beau. If I could embrace that love for it like we did back then, oh my oh my, fulfilled have your way with me! 🌊🐾

When less is more ! Rest is not a reward but a prerequisite, happiness is found regardless of the storm, when value is measured by the soul.

Blank canvas, empty spaces, room for creation.. give rest more power. Give restraint more attention. The more you stop doing , you start being.

We love tending to women moving through delicate thresholds especially new mothers.

Our New Mother Journey is a full-body offering for mind, body, and spirit—supporting recovery, regulation, and remembrance during the postpartum transition. We also offer craniosacral work for mother and baby together, creating space for settling, bonding, and gentle integration for both nervous systems.

Care that honors the mother and the new life she carries.
Both are held in sweet presence and care 🤍

Celebrating 1 year of painting full time!

I started really selling my watercolors to the public at the @ts.studiotour last year and here we are again this year for another round :)

I gave myself a year to see what is possible if I committed and I tend to really lean in soooooo…

I opened a gallery with all of my ceramics and watercolors

Then I expanded to Mexico City, Punta Mita, Cabo and San Jose

I painted the largest paintings I could fathom at 1 x 1.5m large!

And now I have started selling high quality prints of said paintings :) and so much more!

What a journey it has been, thank you to all those who have helped out emotionally, physically and mentally, and for those who have fed me or dragged me to the waves/gym!! I appreciate you all so very much

In 2024 just before crossing into Mexico I nabbed a mamiya RB67 from my friend @davidapatino. It’s been a fun tool to play and experiment with. Here are some of the images I have made of friends and my surroundings since getting my hands on it.

I got distracted by cuties & accidentally posted without any context. Context not always needed, Ya’ll liked it. create your own context bajaja!! 😅

But honestly it’s another todo pasa moment . It gave me a little space and time and play.

Without sharing super personal details, I have had a lot of challenges lately and I tend to lean on the todo pasa., everything happens for a reason, aka the beauty that comes from it .

What I noticed in all this and yet again in another stumble is .. where my voice is being called forward!!

I feel the intuition, ~ I speak on it. But I don’t demand to be heard. I pay the price. Literally and energetically.

I have a need ~ I request it,
but not clear enough,
not loud enough.

I’ve literally had to learn to be demanding, to speak my needs in various situations in the last months. With the support of my friends, my grateful mirrors of course!

How you show up in one area is typically how you are in other areas of your life, right? Or so they say.

The wild thing is I am an artist though, I have freedom in my creation, free to express myself, it’s a form of a voice?? Yes??

Soooo where am I also a bit too quiet in my art? ,

where am I not assertive in my work?

where do I need to show up empowered?

What are my needs and how can I demand for them to be met?

I used to think and feel my art spoke for itself. It does, yes AND it needs to be supported by my voice. 🎙️ & wasn’t that another excuse to not practice my true voice, intentions, desires.

Art is empowering, freeing, liberating.. and it’s a process x we are art and this is our process.

This painting is just about done so when I see it again I’ll be sure to share my voice with it.

Thanks for listening xx

Commissions waiting for me 🥹 this is the intimacy I love. Commissions are a co-creation, you are creating a feeling, your space, your energy that resounds you. It’s part of your story and an extension of you, a way to express yourself. I get the opportunity to share this process with you, bring it to life, what flows through me from you and into the canvas.

WHAT’S INVOLVED :

• vision ~ your feelings get transformed from the composition, colors, perspective you resonate with
• dimensions ~ what fits your space and vibe
• paper work and commitment ~ this places you in the timeline of creation
• creation begins ~ updates of progress from this point it can be up to 4 months of creating and dry time
• celebration ~ masterpiece completed!
• delivery and installation ~ I can help arrange for this to make sure it’s a smooth ride and protected

Next availability for commission is March 2026

🐡DM here to start the process and create your expression through the language of ocean and art

Softness and madness ~ tension, here for it all . .
Before we got to the border, transmission again started failing, central California barely moving and now the van is in the shop. After contemplation of fixing, I dove into the spiritual aspects of what a transmission is for me in this aspect.
Put simply, my engine is running, my soul is fueled.. but the way I’m moving that energy into the world needs attention.
I’ve been revving without moving in the ways that align and match all the efforts and internal energy expenditures.
Yeah some obvious maintenance ~ pushing forward without rest and recalibration~ I applaud anyone who has this dialed.

I haven’t been able to be as free and mobile as I once was because the van had continued to have problems for months and months this year again. I look at where I’m holding myself back. And that’s the gears slipping, self imposed, revving but not getting to the next gear.. I LOVE this Awareness, & with that little movements, solutions, creating opportunities from obstacles can be had.

The painting is in the van that is at the shop but now I get to be creative with how I will move forward. A little softness with self, a little madness gets the creative juices flowing.

I imagine this is a reoccurring theme to reflect back upon and honor moving forward ~ how growth occurs, in waves, in tension. It truly does but again in waves. This occurs in all aspects ~ spiritually, internally, business, relationships, creativity.
Here for it all
