@body.surge @bodysurgecoach @bodysurgerecovery @bodysurgemind @posinguk Don’t flex half a physique. Three class winners. One overall comparison. 📍 IFBB Mr. Universe Canary Islands, Tenerife Semi-Pro Bodybuilding Overall • 10 October 2026 🥇 Askar Xhanasbayev — @askar.pro_ 🥈 Giacomo Goldoni — @goldonigiacomo_ifbbelitepro 🥉 Echedey Alonso Rodríguez — @echealonso7 My reading of these poses: Askar’s upper-to-lower-body balance stands out. Giacomo brings height and back width; Echedey shows a compact waist and clear thigh separation, with less overall muscular size here. The lesson: keep the legs engaged while setting the upper body. Compare development, condition and proportion across matching poses—not just the arms. Placings follow the published results. These observations are for posing education, not an explanation from the judging panel. Save this for practice. For individual posing support, DM @body.surge.

A strong upper body still needs legs that complete the picture. Mr. Universe Canary Islands, Tenerife • 10 October 2026 Semi-Pro Bodybuilding up to 90 kg 🥇 Askar Xhanasbayev @askar.pro_ 🥈 José Alberto Torres Serrano @alberto.lamaquina 🥉 Iker Ramos Alvarez @ikerphysique_pro Congratulations to all three. Askar also won the overall bodybuilding title. 👏 This comparison looks at muscular fullness, thigh separation and how the upper and lower body work together. In your next practice, hold the same poses and check that your legs stay engaged while you present your upper body. These are educational observations from my perspective as a posing coach, not an explanation of the judging panel’s decisions. Save this for your next posing session. For individual posing support, send @posinguk a DM. @ifbb_official @ifbbsemipro_official @ifbb_pro_official @mruniversocanaryislands @josedomingoglez @ifbbathletechannel #Bodybuilding #PosingCoach #IFBB #Tenerife #PosingUK

If there is one thing we will carry in our hearts forever from these competitions, it won’t just be the stages, the medals, or the achievements. It will be the people. The people we met, whose language we sometimes didn’t even speak. We met athletes from so many different countries, with stories, lives, and cultures so far removed from our own. And yet, for a few moments, it felt as though we had known each other forever.Because behind every athlete, there is a human being. Someone who has felt fear, who has made sacrifices, who has cried, and who has never stopped believing. And perhaps this is the most extraordinary part of everything we are experiencing: discovering that somewhere in the world, there are people who feel exactly the same things we do.To each and every one of you, we wish something far greater than victory. We wish you a life that gives back all the love, hard work, and courage you pour into your dreams. We wish you happiness, that you always have someone who believes in you, and that you never lose that special light in your eyes that we were so lucky to witness. And above all, we hope that one day life will find a way to bring our paths together again. On another stage, in another country, or simply in an embrace that needs no words.Because we set out to chase our dreams, and along the way, we met people whose dreams we now wish to see come true as well. One day, the medals will become memories, the spotlights will fade, and the stages will be far behind us. But what will remain is the beauty of having shared a little piece of our lives with souls who, despite coming from every corner of the world, spoke exactly the same language as our hearts. And if life never brings us together again, we hope it will be incredibly kind to each and every one of you.Because even if we only knew each other for a few hours, from this day forward, somewhere in the world, there will always be two people cheering for your happiness. Y LO LOGRAMOS @carlos_blanco_cb ! 😎💪🏻🔥 #ClassicBodybuilding #IFBB #MrUniverso #Fisicoculturismo #NuncaEsTarde
