PLANE EMERGENCY. 📌Charges: Blair was arraigned in Queens, New York, and pleaded not guilty to two counts of second-degree assault involving a Port Authority police officer and a hospital nurse. Authorities allege that Blair had altercations with two flight attendants mid-air (including claims she punched one and bit another), as well as kicking a police officer during transport and a nurse at the hospital. Reports also alleged an attempt to open an aircraft door, though her team flatly denies this. 📌The Defense & Medical Context: Blair’s attorney and representative stated that she suffered an urgent medical emergency caused in part by missing doses of powerful medication used to treat her multiple sclerosis (MS) and related neurological symptoms (such as pseudobulbar affect). Her team maintains that “Selma did not intend to harm anyone” and that her actions were not an intentional assault. 📌Bail Status: Blair was released after posting a $20,000 bond. 📌Potential Penalties: The state felony assault charges carry a potential sentence of two to seven years in prison if convicted. 📌What’s Next in Her Case Next Court Date: Blair is scheduled to return to court on January 19, 2027. THROUGH THE WRINGER. On October 1, 2026, #OlivierMartinez filed a request in the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that #HalleBerry choked their 13-year-old son, Maceo, on September 26, 2026, by jumping on him, pushing him, and choking him. • Court Action: A Los Angeles County judge granted Martinez a temporary restraining order against Berry on October 1, 2026, and Martinez sought to modify their custody arrangement and request sobriety monitoring. Berry subsequently asked the court to restore their former custody agreement. She currently pays her ex $8000 in child support a month plus other expenses and apart of her income exceeding $2M. • Denials and Responses: Berry has denied the allegations. Her 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, also denied the claims in an October 3, 2026 court declaration. RUN THIS TOWN. #IvanaOrtiz who on March 8th shot at #Rihanna and #AsapRocky’s #LA home with their children inside has been ruled legally competent to stand trial. The indictment also charges Ortiz with 10 counts of assault with an assault weapon — one for each of the people on the two properties — and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling or camper. It names the couple’s three children, Rza, Riot and Rocki, all under age 5, as victims. The assault weapon counts carry a stiffer sentence than the original charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. She could get life in prison if found guilty of all the charges. She is next scheduled to return to court for a pretrial hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Her bail is set at $2.65 million dollars. Trial date has not yet been set. AH HAH. On September 24th, 2026 a Harris District Court awarded #NolanWells Investigation #SeaTow call audio engineer Jeanetta Brantley and her family protection from cyberstalking and harassment against self proclaimed conservative journalist Sarah J. Fields including any third party harassment that has been documented with third parties including the United Cajun Navy. Brantley filed this motion pro se in the State of Texas. This is a SIGNIFICANT WIN for BRANTLEY since Courts typically do not award ex parte orders for protection. This award from the Court adds to the credibility of Brantley’s claims that she is being harassed and that this harassment includes defamatory statements causing harm to to her professional reputation and also her physical safety (Brantley has documented proof of death threats). The COURT found the following: FINDS that there is a clear and present danger of sexual assault or abuse, indecent assault, stalking, trafficking, burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony, theft or assault, or other harm to Applicant. THEREFORE, the Court grants the application and issues this Temporary Ex Parte Order. No bond is required. Under Texas Penal Code § 42.072(a) provides that a person commits stalking when, on more than one occasion and pursuant to the same scheme or course of conduct directed at a specific person, the person knowingly engages in conduct that amongst other things constitutes an offense under § 42.07 (Harassment). Importantly, § 42.07 expressly includes electronic conduct. It makes harassment an offense when a person: sends repeated electronic communications in a manner reasonably likely to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, embarrass, or offend another person, and separately covers repeated electronic communications published on an Internet website, including a social-media platform, when reasonably likely to cause emotional distress, abuse, or torment, subject to the statutory public-concern exception. Therefore the COURT was CORRECT to award this order of protection based on the pattern of Fields documented ongoing conduct and behavior against her and her family. This order specifically protects the Brantl
