On World Mental Health Day, we’re looking back at the moments that reminded us to pause, refill our cups, and make our well-being a priority. 💚 Back to School Self-Care Con 4 was more than an event, it was a space for educators to connect, recharge, and remember that caring for ourselves helps us show up for our students, too. The B2SSCC4 photos are in, and my heart is full all over again. 💚✨ On World Teachers’ Day, I’m celebrating the educators who pour so much into their students and school communities and reminding them that they deserve care, too. Through Teacher B.A.E., Inc., we create space for teachers to pause, connect, recharge, and prioritize their mental health. When educators feel supported and well, they’re better able to show up for themselves and give their best to their students. B2SSCC4 came together because so many people believed in this mission. A heartfelt thank-you to our brand partners—Little Words Project, EOS, Maybelline, e.l.f. Cosmetics, CELSIUS, Mielle, Black Girl Sunscreen, Black Girl Vitamins, The Honey Pot, and Trader Joe’s—and to our sponsors and donors, Kristen, Calvin, and VyStar. I’m grateful to our operations team, wellness vendors, panelists, and the entire Venue 338 team for helping create such a meaningful day. Special thanks to our Chief Strategist, Altrichia @asoimmaculate , for the vision, strategy, and support she brought to this experience. A big shout-out to our photographer, @228creativeco , for capturing the beauty of the day; our DJ, @djsteez504 , for keeping the self-care vibes flowing; and our cinematographer @bluesummersmedia for capturing such profound moments. And thank you to @_theniaking Nia King Designs, our event stylist, who continues to elevate our space year after year and create such aesthetically pleasing self-care vibes. To everyone who joined us: thank you for making time to fill your own cup. Here’s to celebrating teachers today and supporting their well-being every day. 💚 Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🍎 📸 @228creativeco #WorldTeachersDay #TeacherBAEInc #B2SSCC4 #TeacherWellness #EducatorSelfCare

A girl from Lakeland with a story to tell. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to share my journey, my healing, and the heart behind The Mental Side of Things. What many see as strength was built through grief, loss, resilience, and the decision to keep going when life gave me every reason not to. This moment isn’t just about being on a show. It’s about reminding someone that your story matters, your healing matters, and your voice deserves to be heard. From surviving to healing. From healing to helping others heal. This is bigger than me. 💜 #TheMentalSideOfThings #HealingJourney #MentalWellness #AuthorLife #ChooseYou WomenWhoInspire PurposeDriven HealingOutLoud

Real moments. Real connections. Real conversations that reminded us how powerful it is when women come together with love, honesty, healing, and purpose. 💐✨ “A Mother’s Love” was everything I prayed it would be and more. These moments, these connections, these memories… I’ll cherish forever. ❤️ Photographer: @iammalikalrahim Stage Print Design: @quickprintsfl

Still trying to find the words for what this past weekend meant to me. My very FIRST women’s empowerment event. 🥹❤️ To see so many beautiful women come together for healing, empowerment, conversation, laughter, tears, love, and genuine connection… it filled my heart in ways I can’t even explain. “A Mother’s Love” was more than an event for me — it was a vision, a prayer, and a purpose brought to life. Thank you to every speaker, panelist, sponsor, vendor, volunteer, media outlet, and every single person who bought a ticket and showed up with love. This was only the beginning. 💐 HUGE THANK YOU TO: @iammalikalrahim @cannonfuneralhome7 @cannon_7_ @quickprintsfl @jlofowler15 @crea.shawns @cassyy_stone @coreytumer @sheisziggy @asoimmaculate @jadacyengram @1stlady_ent @dhaboshow @meshiahicks @epoladee #AMothersLove #FyeRedd #WomensEmpowerment #MothersDayExperience #LakelandFL Video Edited By: @iammalikalrahim Print Designs By: @quickprintsfl
