What my week looked like >>>💗 I get this question a lot, “Assia, what do you do in your day to day?”. I always found it a weird question because just like anyone else, I also have breakfast, coffee and dinner. Yes, lunch is never had haha! I also go to the gym, work on my projects, go to events, run errands, clear my inbox & messages, work on my business and anything else I have on my to do list that was able to fit in the schedule! And ofc what’s life if there are no sleepovers and movienights with our girlfriends? A MUST WATCH: EMERGENCY DECLARATION! This was an experience on itself. 🔥 Life is one big adventure and it becomes what you make it. So what will you make your life? ❤️

Here they are: 1. Treating it like a hobby. 🌱 Posting pretty pictures and waiting for clients to come isn’t a strategy. Your business needs attention, consistency, marketing, and effort to grow. If you want it to thrive, start treating it like a real business. 2. Staying in your comfort zone. Only offering place cards means missing opportunities for invitations, menus, signage, and custom pieces. You don’t need to know everything today, but you must be willing to learn. When opportunity comes, be ready to take it! 3. Underestimating the power of ONE client. 🤍 One happy client can bring you dozens of potential customers through friends, family, guests, and referrals. Beautiful work matters, but so does the experience you create. Make people remember you for all the right reasons. 4. Losing passion for your work. Another project, another order, another day… don’t let routine make you forget why you started. Bring your best energy to every client, show your love for your craft, and let that passion shine through your work. 5. Copying others instead of building your own brand. ✨ Their style, photos, captions, and strategy might inspire you, but your story is what makes you different. People connect with the person behind the business. Stop trying to be someone else and start showing the world what makes YOU special. Here’s the truth: being a talented calligrapher and knowing how to build a successful business are two different skills. Both can be learned. You don’t have to figure it all out alone or spend years making the same mistakes. 🔥 COMMENT “START” and I’ll show you how I built my calligraphy business from scratch and how you can start building yours, too! Your next chapter starts with you. 🤍 #calligraphylove #calligraphybusiness #calligraphersdoitbetter #calligraphyvideo #creativebusinessowner

Here’s one thing I want every business owner to understand: Stop being busy and start being strategic. After 4 years in business, here’s what I want you to remember: your success depends on the actions you take consistently.👇 Save this post. These are your reminders to stop procrastinating and start growing. 🔥 ✨ 1. PRIORITIZE what brings results. Before you organize your desk, buy new supplies or tweak your logo, ask yourself: Will this actually grow my business? ✨ 2. DO THE WORK, even when you don’t feel like it. Reply to DMs. Follow up with potential clients. Send those emails. Promote your offers. Show up on social media. Consistency builds momentum. ✨ 3. SELL before you spend. Instead of investing in more materials you don’t need, focus on promoting your services, reaching new customers and turning interest into sales. ✨ 4. REPEAT what already works. A product that sells out? Restock it. A workshop that fills up? Schedule another one. A post that attracts clients? Create more content around that topic. ✨ 5. FOCUS beats overwhelm. You don’t need 20 new ideas. You need to take action on the RIGHT ones, consistently. ✨ 6. TREAT YOUR BUSINESS LIKE A BUSINESS. Set clear goals. Make a plan. Take action. Track your results. Adjust and keep going. Your business won’t grow just because you dream about it. It grows when you take action, even when it feels uncomfortable. 💪 And if you’re dreaming of launching your own business but have no idea where to start, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. ❤️ I’ll help you take those first steps, avoid common mistakes and turn your idea into a business you can build on. 👇 Comment “START” and let’s get your business journey moving with me by your side! ✨ 📌 Save this post for the days you need a reminder to focus, take action and keep going. #SmallBusinessTips #StartYourBusiness #BusinessGrowth #CreativeBusiness #EntrepreneurMindset

Because let’s be honest… not every client is YOUR client, and that’s okay! Here are 3 ways I professionally say no without burning bridges: 1. When you’re fully booked 📆 (You can also use this as an excuse to not take on a project you don’t want) “I’d love to help, but unfortunately, I don’t have the capacity to take on any new projects right now. I’d be happy to refer you to my colleague X, who may be available to help! Wishing you the best with your project.” 2. When their budget doesn’t match your value 💸 “Thank you for considering me! Unfortunately, I’m unable to take on projects that don’t align with my pricing. If your budget changes in the future, I’d be happy to explore working together. Wishing you all the best!” 3. When they want you to copy another artist’s work 🚩 “My work is at its best when I have creative freedom throughout the process. I don’t copy other artists’ work, as it goes against my work ethics and raises copyright concerns. However, if you’re open to exploring an original concept that aligns with my style, I’d be happy to help!” ✨ BONUS HACK: Sometimes, I quote double or triple my price when I suspect a client’s budget won’t align with my rates and when I don’t find their project enjoyable. If it’s not the right fit financially, they’ll politely decline themselves. And when they do? I simply say: “No worries at all! Wishing you the best!” 🥳 No awkward conversations. No guilt. No compromising your standards. You know your services are amazing. And you don’t have to satisfy everyone to prove it. Remember: you don’t have to say YES to every opportunity to build a successful business. You choose who to work with. You’re the boss. Protect your energy, know your worth, and trust that the right clients will find you. 🫶 Save this Reel to come back anytime you need a little help saying NO professionally! Good luck! 💌 Ps. If you want to learn more about how I built my business and how you can start earning with calligraphy, comment “Money” for the link to my Free Masterclass next week!! And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out. Quran 65:2 Only you can decide where to go, nobody can tell you what you can or cannot do. You have the power to create the life that you want. Stop giving your power away by listening to all their limitations. They can keep them. Who says they’re yours? You know what’s yours? Your vision. Your dreams. Your life. That’s yours. And you get to choose what to do with them. Keep shining sis. You can move mountains with the power you have in you. You just don’t know it yet. ✨ If you want to learn the skill that made me work with hundreds of clients, comment “calligraphy” to get you started right away! #trustgodsplan #ᴛᴀᴡᴀᴋᴋᴜʟ #muslimwomen #businessadvicedaily #manifestationsecrets

If you don’t breathe your craft, if you don’t make it your second name, forget about mastery. Forget about luck. You’ll notice that every successful person in a domain, mastered their craft because they made it who they are. They made it second nature. They made it common sense. The same way you hear names, and think of industries immediately. Picasso. Steve Jobs. Michael Jackson. Mohammed Ali. Tony Robbins. When you hear them, you hear their industries, their impact, their mastery, the excellence & scale of what they’ve created. They don’t even need an introduction. We know enough just by hearing the name. Now, what do we hear when we hear your name? What do you want people to remember you for? What impact do you want to leave behind? What do you want people to read about you? Did you ever think about it? If not, this is the start. For mastery all you need is a craft or skill. And then the obsession to make it your second name. Keep perfecting your skill until you’re so skilled, you don’t need an introduction anymore. If that’s something for you, and you want to learn what I do.. just comment “Start” and you’ll get a chance only a handful get! See you soon! Because you were meant for more.✨ #calligraphyengraving #calligraphycommunity #creativebusinessowner #disciplined #createdforgreatness
