The revenge body is often celebrated.

I’m celebrating something even bigger.
✨ The empowered body.

What if you didn’t wait until after your relationship ended to choose yourself?

What if today became the day you invested in your health, your confidence, your mindset, and your future?

You don’t need heartbreak to become powerful.

This is just one part of a bigger conversation.
🎥 Watch the full interview, with @assistant.ontario on my YouTube channel (link in bio).

💬 I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Would you call it a revenge body... or an empowered body?

☕ Espresso Moments

Great businesses don’t just happen—they’re built with the right support behind the scenes.

In this Espresso Moment, we sit down with Adriana from Ontario Assistant, a business support company that helps entrepreneurs and organizations stay organized, streamline operations, and focus on what they do best.

Adriana shares her perspective on two thought-provoking questions:

• What defines strong leadership?
• What does living well mean?

Sometimes the simplest questions lead to the most meaningful conversations.

Watch the clip, then tell us in the comments—how would you answer these questions?

Proof that when you put the right people in a room… magic happens.

Not competition.
Not comparison.
Not ego.

Just collaboration.
Support.
Expansion.

This is what entrepreneurship is meant to feel like.
✨ Aligned people
✨ Shared vision
✨ Collective growth

We are not meant to do this alone.

The most powerful thing you can do as an entrepreneur is:
→ Know your strengths
→ Own your zone of genius
→ Align with people who elevate everything else

Because when you do…
You don’t just build a business.
You build impact.

✨ Comment “POWER” if you believe in collaboration over competition

Sometimes life gives you moments that feel almost surreal.

Flipping through the pages of the 20th Anniversary Inside Fitness Hot & Fit 100 and seeing myself among so many incredible, powerful, radiant women was one of those moments.

This is the second time I’ve been honored to be featured, and I don’t take it lightly.

Because when I look at this photo, I don’t just see a magazine feature.

I see a woman who made it through one of the hardest seasons of her life.

I see the commitment to healing, growing, and rebuilding from the inside out.

I see the daily choice to pour into my mind, body, and soul and become the most empowered version of myself.

And I see proof of something I want every woman to remember:

⭐️ When a woman remembers her worth and prioritizes her well-being, she becomes unstoppable.

To every woman who may be navigating a hard chapter right now,I see you.

You can overcome more than you think.
You can rise stronger than you were before.

You are deserving of being healthy, strong, confident, radiant, and fully alive at any age.

At 47 years old, a mother of three, having walked through a brutal divorce and profound personal transformation, I can honestly say:

I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I ever have before.

And the woman I’ve built through discipline, healing, and self-respect is something no one can ever take away.

Because what you build within yourself, your strength, your resilience, your self-worth is yours forever.

Thank you Inside Fitness Magazine for this incredible honour, and to all the inspiring women featured alongside me.

And a special thank you to my dear friend Adriana, who kindly picked up the magazine and surprised me with this beautiful gift. I’m so grateful.

May this moment be a reminder to every woman:

When you choose yourself, everything changes.
