The Retreat Pillars 🌀

Everything we’ve built into this container comes back to five truths. Swipe through to feel into them.

This retreat opens beneath a Virgo New Moon on September 10th, just after eclipse season. A moment for integration. For returning to your body as a sacred vessel. For remembering that healing doesn’t have to be solitary.

Whole. Worthy. Rooted. Witnessed.

That’s what we’re building together in British Columbia this September.

What if the life you’re longing for isn’t waiting for you somewhere in the future…

What if it’s waiting for your nervous system to feel safe enough to receive it?

This Cancer New Moon, Vanja and I are hosting a free live gathering, Coming Home to the Goddess Within.

Through astrology, somatic breathwork, and intuitive movement, we’ll explore what it means to come home to your body and trust the wisdom already living within you.

Everyone who registers receives an Embodied Astrology-based Ritual Guide + recording after.

Free · Sunday July 19 · 3pm PST / 6pm EST · Live on Zoom

I love client updates!

A year ago during a reading, I kept seeing Vanja, AstroBloom, (I’ve been in her podcast and she has been on HauntingLive) being a regular contributor for a newspaper, radio show. Somewhere very much in the public eye.

And today she announced her weekly radio show Stars + Soma! I could not be happier for her.

Check out her weekly broadcast on your favourite streaming service (because we all can’t live in beautiful Revelstoke, British Columbia). .. but if are local, tune in to @stokefmradio

And of course, give Vanja, @astrobloom.ca a follow.

Gosh, I love these happy predictions come about in beautiful ways!

PS Vanja gave me permission to share this story.

The moment something feels too uncomfortable or too difficult that’s not a sign to stop.

That’s where the growth lives.

So much of what holds us back from the experiences that would change us most is the discomfort of the unfamiliar - a new place, new people, a version of ourselves we haven’t met yet.

But every time we move through that edge instead of away from it, something expands.

Our capacity grows. We become someone who can hold more, more feeling, more connection, more aliveness.

This is what the journey to Savary Island is. This is what a retreat is.

Not just a beautiful place to rest but an invitation to stretch into something you haven’t experienced yet.

And come back different.

We get asked a lot, what is the accommodation like?

So here is a proper look at where we are gathering this September.

Savary Island Resort is a sustainably designed communal space nestled amongst the trees with luxurious sky suites featuring king beds and forest-view soaker tubs, cozy bunkies for those who love being close, a communal lodge, dedicated yoga space, fire circles, and a handmade cedar sauna and cold plunge.
Steps away white sand beaches, warm swimming waters, and sunsets that feel ceremonial.

It was designed for exactly this - a group of women coming together with intention, cocooned in nature, with nowhere to be but here.

Some destinations ask a little more of you to get there.

A flight. A drive along the coast. A water taxi as the island comes into view.

And honestly? That’s exactly what makes Savary Island so special.

By the time you step off that water taxi something has already shifted.
