UAC 2026: Part Three 💗

My first UAC was honestly so special. I'm just so full of joy right now.

Some already knew a few signs and signed hello. Others took the time to check in before greeting me; a shoulder touch, a pause, waiting for me to turn. That's what real welcome looks like. 🥹

A few people told me they wished they knew ASL. I told them it’s never too late! 😂🤟🏽 I sent some to Deaf ASL teachers online, and taught a few astrologers some ProTactile - a touch-based language DeafBlind people use to communicate.

I loved that trade. I was learning their astrology, they were learning my culture.

And the conversations?! We went deeeep. Astrology, spirituality, techniques, our work, and our lives; all the things I don’t always get to talk about.

I’m also so blessed I got a reading from my mentor @kaytaylorwisdom while I was there. 🥹💗 Her reading gave me real confirmation on my path and purpose. After one of my darkest months last August, I’m starting to see my way forward again. She also gave me an energetic cleansing that felt like a full reset.

Thank you, Kay, for helping me find the light again. Your wisdom and care meant more than you know, hugs.

Plus, I also heard some folks say, 'I don't do astrology professionally, so I'm not really an astrologer.'

Here's what I think: there's room for both. Some people build a whole life's work around this craft…like so many of the real astrologers in these photos, who've put in years of study and practice. And some people just stay curious, watch the patterns, and love the planets and stars. Both count. You don't have to choose one to belong here.

That’s what I loved most about UAC, so many backgrounds, traditions, and levels of experience in one room; all respecting each other’s path with it.

And watching astrologers share years of wisdom?! 🤯 phewww, I came home with so much more I want to study.

These photos mean a lot because so many of these people were once just names, faces, or online connections. I even got to meet my very first astrology teacher, Omari @astropreneurship in person for the first time! Now we finally met in person. 🥹💗

AND THATS A WRAP ON MY FIRST EVER UAC 😭🧜🏼‍♀️🥹 @unitedastrology

I was extremely terrible at taking pictures but I love me a chaotic selfie so consider this a UAC selfie dump this balsamic moon phase ✨ and if I didn’t feature you in this dump, I’m gonna just blame my volunteer brain for not whipping my phone out to capture our ephemeral time together over this magical week ❤️🧜🏼‍♀️ also shout out the volunteer pod squad @zambonifunk @memeofextremes @persephonic777

Volunteering at the conference, was without a doubt, one of the best decisions of my life—and I have @persephonic777 to thank for that, for getting my butt in gear and corralling the whole experience. This week wouldn’t have happened without you, and I’m so deeply thankful we got to be roomies for the week 👯‍♀️

If you feel insecure about your place in the community or are feeling like you’d like to get out there more intentionally, I definitely recommend volunteering. And lord knows we need more folks who actually want to step up and facilitate and support the change we want to see moving forward.

It is also crazy to think that I got to meet @pujarobinson for the first time IRL — and this is literally the astrologer who gave me my first natal chart reading ever and indoctrinated me into the space. The wait was well worth it and I’m so happy we got to connect in person. Love you oodles ❤️

And then there’s the meeting of friends old and new, teachers I respect who’ve taught me so much and influenced my way of thinking, and of course, the overall enmeshment in energetic transference that has left me feeling more potent and sure as ever, that choosing the path of an astrologer, while at times shaky and uncertain, ultimately is divinely guided and where I’m supposed to be ❤️

I have never felt more proud to be part of the community and hopeful that this transition between old guard and new, is progress in motion.

Happy Virgo New Moon, and I hope everyone has made it back home and are able to ground into their bodies in one piece ❤️

A massive thank you to the @astrologyaya & @nwastroconf for giving me the opportunity to attend my first ever NORWAC on fellowship alongside @adesuwa.robyn & @stella.esoterica 🥹🙏🏻✨

As I’ve mentioned before, when I applied I wrote about the astrology of my recent childhood house fire - occurring the weekend of the Cancer Full Moon…during my Jupiter return in my 4th…conjunct my Chiron 👀 Tell me astrology isn’t real! 😩

Truly - I say this with deep conviction - astrology was the ONE thing that helped me both see the fire for what it was and appreciate - yes, appreciate 🤯 - it for the literal & symbolic space it was clearing in my life. {No, like, I don’t think you understand. I was thinking about the astrology of the fire *as the property was being secured* 😂🤣 Keeping my understanding of the larger meaning close to my chest while respecting my mother’s shock & grief in the moment was…very difficult 🥴 Astrologers-gonna-astro seek, amiright?!}

My mother made it out safely. And so did her four cats.
And really? That Cancerian sense of safety is all that matters 🦀😌🌊

Furthermore, I wrote about my desire to ultimately marry my astro + tarot + esoteric & divining skills with my knowledge of sacred sexuality. And as that vision continues to take shape, I remain ever grateful to all of the entities, teachers, & mentors who guide me 🖤

Catherine Urban and I sat down to talk about Leo ♌ 🦁. Jupiter ingress, eclipses going into Leo and Aquarius, Jupiter trine Saturn (and trine Neptune and sextile Uranus), and tht upcoming Mars retrograde.
Catherine is amazing at synthesizing and prediction. She is a creative and beautiful person and it was an honor to have her on!
