Fête de la Musique was joy as resistance.
Now, we come together for collective healing as resistance.

Studies show that hugging releases oxytocin — the “cuddle hormone” — known to ease anxiety, build trust, and strengthen social bonds.
Sunday June 29 we celebrate Hug Holiday not just with arms, but with sound.
With cathartic music that embraces our shadows,
melts shame, and dissolves intrusive thoughts like salt in warm water.

Diaspora rhythms, Improvised rituals, Tender chaos, gentle exorcisms… A cuddle for our nervous system.
All taking place at Total Refreshment Centre, London — from 7PM to 11PM on June 29.

Bring your friends, family, loves and let’s heal, liberate, and celebrate — together !! ❤️

All donations will go to Hind Rajab Foundation, specialised in a world wide pursuit of justice for crimes in Palestine, breaking the cycle of impunity

Special thanks to @tamsir.daoud for the beautiful artwork and the artists who agreed to share their light with us. Please Be kind, grateful and respectful.
