We created a Korean Tea Club for those who took the Korean Tea Courses last year and wanted to keep gathering to learn and explore more about Korean tea and culture.

We had the first meeting with the members a few days ago and tasted 2025 Sejak from three different tea regions of Korea. 🍵🇰🇷

Everyone loved the session and we are looking forward to the next meeting as well as our casual gatherings out of the classroom. 🫶💕

Let's raise our cups (or glasses 🤭) to the Celery Tea mocktail, an extraordinarily delicious & refreshing creation by one of our talented customers! 🍸

In the glass:

✨ Locally grown @ohmefarms Korean Cucumber ribbons
✨ A homegrown Mojito mint sprig
✨ CLARKEsTEA Celery Tea
Optional: Add an herby gin and a lime wedge for a boozy version! 🌿🍸

Thank you very much @at_randomdesigns for adding a touch of magic to our Veggie Teas! 💚

Our second lamb was born last night! Ivy gave us our first ewe lamb. Mom and baby are both doing very well.

If I tagged you in this post it's because you were one of our lucky winners from the contest we held over the summer. Here's your chance to name a lamb! We will pick our favorite. Feel free to leave your suggestion in the comments or DM me if you want to keep it a secret. One entry per person please!

Sorry but Lamby McLambface & Sheepy McSheepface will not be considered. If you don't know this reference, please Google Boaty McBoatface. It's one of my favorite stories ever! 😊

We have our first egg!! Sabrina McCluckerina was our first chicken to lay a mini egg.

Thanks to everyone who played along in our contest. I have tagged everyone in this post who picked Sabrina. Start thinking of lamb names! If and when we get lambs this December, we would like each of you lucky seven to submit a name. We will pick the name for our first lamb from the names you come up with. Don't worry, I will remind you of when it's time to submit your ideas.

Have you tried Oriental Beauty from Vietnam?

Mansa Tea Society tasted the 2018 vintage from Moc Chau this month, and we ❤️ it!

▪️"This is definitely the most amazing, interesting mix of scents of any tea I've had. Love it!" - Naomi

▪️"I agree. Just smelling this tea is like a vacation." - Laura

Also known as "bug-bitten" tea, Oriental Beauty develops its exquisite sweetness as the tea leaves begin to oxidize when leafhoppers bite the leaves.

Fruity and sweet with notes of muscatel, peach, honey with hints of 🌹rose.

For the next few months, we are opening up our Mansa Tea Society programs from the past months to non-members.

If you'd like to try this Vietnamese Oriental Beauty, DM us about the details!
