Thank you so much to each and every one of you who came out to share Second Breakfast with us yesterday.

It’s hard to describe how beautiful it felt to see the mats and this space packed with good people and positive energy. It felt like love, community, and everything we hope Second Breakfast will become.

We’re going on an adventure, and we are so grateful for your support along the way. 🍃

It’s that time again! 👀

So excited to finally be signing books at @kissandtaleromancebookshop—possibly the pinkest book space I’ll ever visit, with the friendliest staff, too!

You can find my signing table (I think upstairs past the YA section?) from 12-2PM on Saturday. ✨

Come say hi and get one of these GORGEOUS hardcovers (shout-out @cherriielle) signed and personalized. 🩷

Might be the perfect addition to your TBR if you’re observing Sapphic September. 🍂🌈

The day ones since way back plus the new editions, love and fear my ladies... you'd be smart to do the same. #isaacsangels #iykyk #bigbrothersbjjcompetitionteam #pentagonmma

We have always had a strong female presence on our team. Watching that grow and evolve has been incredible and is a testament to what we are developing. I have never advocated for women’s only classes because I strongly believe that fostering an environment where everyone feels comfortable training with each other is vital. And trust me…the guys on our team KNOW how tough our girls are. And from the top down, they are the most amazing cheerleaders for it.

That all being said, being the only female black belt in line during our promotions this week, being able to strap up 3 new brown belt women on the same day was an honor and did bring tears to my eyes. I can’t wait to be in the same line with all of these badasses (including the little ones)

I will continue to lift you all up because that’s what you all do for me! 🦾🫶🦾

New Brown Belts:

And to all of my dudes who got promoted as well…don’t worry…your post is coming too 🤣🫶

Welcome the talented @kricketts24 to the team! With an extensive wrestling background and a grappler out of @districtmartialarts we are excited to see the progress she Will make. She is not coming to us green, so with an established base we can’t wait to expand upon her knowledge and take her to the next level!
