The core philosophy behind Deep End Fitness is F.R.E.E.

F ocus
R elaxation
E conomy of Motion
E fficient Breathing

Through this framework we have helped athletes unlock limiting self-beliefs, helped veterans cope with grief and loss, and helped corporate level executives exercise better emotional regulation and decision making.

If you want to dive deeper into the principles of F.R.E.E. and how you can benefit for it be sure to checkout the “F.R.E.E Your Mind Guidebook: Become a Better You” available on @amazon , @audible , and @applebooks .

Grateful I had the opportunity to attend such a special event this weekend @warheroesonwater. I was blown away by the conversations with combat wounded Vets from across the country who shared some of their stories and what this event means to them. Breing able to Look these brave men in the eyes and hearing about their individual journeys both inspired me and let me feeling a need to do more. Huge respect for @badcompanyfishingadventures and specifically Anthony Hsieh for creating what I believe is by far the most successful event of its kind.

I’m honored to receive the endorsement of the Huntington Beach Firefighters Association, Local 3354.

The men and women of HBFD put their lives on the line to protect our families, homes, and community. Earning their trust means a great deal to me.

I’ll continue fighting to ensure they have the staffing, equipment, and support necessary to keep Huntington Beach safe.

Thank you, Local 3354. I’m proud to stand with you.🇺🇸
