Ultra-realistic candid lifestyle photograph, 4:5 portrait. A stylish person in their late 20s caught in the middle of almost dropping [OBJECT OF YOUR CHOICE], with a surprised, genuine expression as they desperately try to keep everything from falling. Some of the [OBJECTS] are tucked awkwardly under one arm, several balanced in one hand, one or two slipping through the air, creating a chaotic but playful moment. They are also carrying a large neutral canvas tote bag hanging naturally from one shoulder. Modern editorial photography with authentic movement, natural body language, and a humorous “I’ve taken on too much” feeling. Soft golden-hour lighting, shallow depth of field, premium fashion styling in [COLOUR PALETTE], beautiful [LOCATION] background, cinematic composition, luxury lifestyle campaign aesthetic, high-end magazine photography, realistic proportions, natural hands, photorealistic, no text, no logos.

Reintroducing with this cute trend!

I am a mum to Arthur. Always in training for a sweet treat. And the founder of an AI content agency that turns coaches and founders into the most visible person in their space. @ai.atlantic

Here is what I know for certain.

In 2027 personal branding is not optional. If you are not posting about yourself and your offer somebody else is filling that space. And it is probably someone doing half the work you are doing with a quarter of your results.

The founders I work with have everything they need. The expertise. The offer. The results. The files. What they do not have is the system to stay consistent, collect the right content, and show up in a way that makes opportunities knock on their door without chasing them.

A wedding venue. A building design consultancy. A beauty influencer. Three completely different businesses. One common thread. When they showed up consistently the right people found them. 🌸

That is what we build. Follow along if you want to see how.

They say women have to do it all like it’s a burden.

I did a 58km ride at 4:30am, fell off my bike, scraped my knee, got home before my family woke up, and then went to the spa.

Choose to see it as women get to do it all.

That’s where most people quit. Not because they stopped believing 🌺 but because they ran out of patience for the mundane.

The women who actually get there aren’t more delusional than you. They’re just more willing to be bored.

You don’t have to choose between being present and being whole.

It didn’t take time away from Arthur. It gave me something to come back to him with. I spent so long thinking it was selfish to want something for myself. A run before the day starts. An hour on the bike while he naps. A swim on a Tuesday night with G, or a cool triathlete I met at the pool who invites us on training blocks.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t need to mean “me first.”

It just needs to mean “me too.“

I used to think naptime was my favourite time because I could finally do my own thing. Train. Eat. Bathe. Work.

Now I know it’s because I get to watch him sleep and feel the weight of how badly I wanted exactly this.

Motherhood hasn’t been linear for me. There have been months I lost myself in it. Months I resented it. Months I felt guilty for resenting it. I’ve made mistakes with him, with Lewis, with my family, with friends, with myself.

And then slowly, after a lot of therapy, a lot of training, a lot of unglamorous inner work 🩷something shifted. The same hours started feeling different. The naptime that used to feel like a cage started feeling like a gift.

If you’re a mum reading this and you’re not there yet — you’re not behind. You’re in the middle of it. That’s where the work happens. The version of motherhood you’re craving is built quietly, in the unlovely months, before anyone claps for you.

Naptime CEO is my vibe. I value time freedom, hard work, being able to depend on your tribe, and being unapologetic about ANY AND ALL GOALS 🩷
Learning that the becoming, the process is where it’s at. Not the results
