Not even getting my hair stuck within .2 seconds of trying Jonny's battery-powered fan could stop us from enjoying some quality time with @atliegilbert ! 😊💕

(I had to rip some of my hair out, but you can't even tell.....right?)

Feeling so inspired today 😭❤️

Three GC Team #goalcrushers absolutely SHOWED UP. Different journeys. Same energy: saying yes to themselves + pushing no matter what (even when it’s hard!).

Hema crushed 105 flights of stairs in the SkyRise Chicago climb.

Sonja & Andi crushed the 10K Hot Chocolate Run together.

PRs. Courage. And yes...even a few happy tears from yours truly.

So grateful to coach humans like these three. You know, the ones who don’t quit on themselves.

Proud of you, Crushers. On to the next goal!

Help me hype them up below ⬇️💥
