On the occasion of Mother’s Day, we honor the mothers ~ the nurturing, guiding and protecting forces of life, embodied through care, intuition, patience and love in many different forms.💫

And on this special day, we would also love to share an invitation:
We have arrived back home ~ and this coming Thursday, our KLP 2026 begins again here in the Wendland.🌿
Over the next two weekends, we open our home & land for young and old alike ~
for connection, nature, creativity, movement, community and shared learning.🔆

The following slides carry small impressions from our recent time in Brazil. more to come✨
One moment was captured around the Brazilian Day of Indigenous Peoples ~ a day of gratitude, joy & togetherness.
Another simply symbolizes the journey home and the living bridge that continues to connect worlds.

We are looking forward to reconnecting with many of you here again.
Feel welcome to visit, participate, support or simply spend some meaningful time together with us.💛

As we embrace the Lunar New Year with today’s second new moon of this cycle,
we are honoured to share with you, through this music video, the vision of our Living Bridge~heart.

The Unity of Indigenous & Western Culture.

In this video, you hear a solo interpretation by Txana of Planeta Terra, with deep gratitude to this ancient song of Mother Earth & her calling ~ which teaches something new and something old each time it is sung.

This video carries glimpses from our YouTube song Na na na ne and a first insight into our Living Bridge Huni Kuin Festival in Sweden.
We look forward to sharing the full festival film, with more music, at the right time. 🌱

This year also holds many gatherings, concerts and shared spaces,
and we are grateful to once again bring family from the forest to Europe.

For now, we have arrived back home in the forest and are grateful to continue our life here.
If you feel a clear call to visit us this year, please reach out.
We still have a few open spaces for visits in the forest.

We are doing our best to share deeper insights into the vision of the bridge we are building together,
welcoming the Year of the Horse ~ with its movement, courage and forward energy.
May it support connection and loving growth for all of us.🙏

With love & gratitude to everyone who contributed:

Dolomiti BTS Vlog #1
Last year: volunteering, working for free.
This spring: I could barely walk.
Sitting 40h a week? Out of the question.

Even teaching yoga felt impossible ~
mixed with shame.
But sticking to my own practice
~ no matter how little it might be ~
is all that matters right now.
Sharing what I can ~
with patience & self-love.

But money had to flow.
Option A? Selling hearing aids in my hometown Berlin.
Sitting 40h a week? Still out of question.
And deep down I felt:
I wanted to leave Berlin again.

So I sent 3 job applications ~
all to the mountains.
One said yes.
To a place I’ve loved since I was a kid.

Now I’m here.
60h service shifts ~
often 6full days
with just ~short breaks in between.
15~20k steps daily ~
comes with gratitude & mixed feelings,
triggering sciatica ups & downs.
Exhausted? Yes.
But also learning ~
the sacred value of time,
presence,
staying kind to myself,
appreciating every little step on my path
reflecting on the learnings I’m privileged to receive.

Btw also happy I found that IG Faves list tool ~
pretty sure my screen time has never been this low before😅

Ever had to rebuild your life from pain? Let me know🫶🌿

» Health Benefits of Fl꩜w States

When we enter a state of flow, time dissolves ~ and healing begins.

In Ikigai, flow is seen as one of the keys to a long ~ meaningful ~ and healthy life.
It’s in this state where we feel most alive ~ creative ~ and deeply at peace.

Science-backed benefits include:
꩜» reduced stress ~ anxiety
꩜» improved focus ~ emotional regulation
꩜» enhanced creativity ~ productivity
꩜» a sense of purpose ~ inner alignment
꩜» increased longevity (yes!)
꩜» access to healing brainwave states (alpha ~ theta = deep calm ~ intuition)

While playing Kandê Vo Yoyó ~ a traditional healing song of the Yawanawá people from the Brazilian Amazon ~ I felt it fully:
medicine music opening the gates to stillness ~ joy ~ and healing.

What brings you into flow?

» It can be anything ~ preparing your favorite dish 🥦 ~ reading ~ writing ~ moving your body ~ making music…
Whatever makes you forget time ~ and feel fully alive.

» Save this as your reminder to embrace what lights you up from within.

Much L꩜ve🙏🏼

leichtigkeit ~ with lightness

this song i’ve recently started to receive and write down is a prayer ~

a return to softness.
to move in ease,
by freeing the breath,
and liberating the spirit,
& coming back to flow ~
with lightness.🍀

🌬️ #breathworkeveryday ✨

Tune into your breath & cleanse your heart whenever you feel called. This tool is accessible anywhere, anytime ~ a simple yet powerful way to reset. 🌀

Heart Cleansing Breath Reminder:
Try this simple practice ~ inhale deeply, then exhale with an open “ahhh” sound. Repeat 3x in a row whenever you want to start a mindful practice & shift your energy. ✨💛

Over the past days ~ 🪶33✨36 ~ I’ve been exploring how to weave breath, sound & movement into my guitar practice and to practice guiding breathwork meditations with my guitar 😁💫

Let’s see what magic unfolds on this journey ~ curiosity leads the way. 🎶✨☺️

Let’s breathe, feel & create in harmony. 🌞🙏🏼

🌑🌬️V꩜ICE & Breath✨🌀
#breathworkeveryday 🌬️29~32⬇️

✨ Recap of the past days ~ This week, I’ve felt so much gratitude & serenity ~ a deep sense of peace in accepting things just as they are.

These realizations often come in the quiet moments, when everything settles & clarity emerges.🌀

With the New Moon’s energy, I’m reminded: Music, breath & movement are my anchors. Without these tools, I don’t know how I’d navigate this online world. Singing & playing guitar is such a direct connection to the breath’s power.
A voice, sound, vibration ~ medicine in its purest form. ✨🪇

Some days are meant to be fully lived before they’re shared. Not the best at editing ahead yet ~ especially while still navigating grey Berlin life, where supplementing Vitamin D feels like the real key. 😅 And yesterday, I had to lovingly accept that I wouldn’t post in real~time, because sometimes there are things that are simply more important & more joyful ~ like writing an important letter, playing music or planning a free mini course. 🥳✨
And honestly? That’s been freeing. 🌿🌞

✨ Yube Manã Ibubu ~ You can interpret it as “The path where sky & earth meet within.” ~ the path which connect us to something greater.

I hope you cherish your tools of connection ~ or are on the path to discovering them. Because there’s nothing more beautiful than feeling truly in tune with yourself & the present moment where in this case i felt ~ ꩜nly Joy

Much Love,
Ihuuu 🙏🏼

The One Thing That Helped Me Transform My Anxiety Into My Greatest Inner Mentor

Hey Yogic Birds ~ Today, I’m sharing the one practice that truly changed everything for me: the combination of intuitive movement, consistent breathwork ~ Yoga & nature-inspired rituals.

Through these practices, I’ve learned to transform anxiety into a guide ~ a voice that tells me when to pause, when to say no, and when to lean into self-love.

Movement has been the key to connecting with my body, cultivating trust & honoring the inner child within me who is perfect just as they are.

Prānāyāma techniques have been essential for this transformation. They’ve helped me balance my energy, cleanse my lungs, activate my digestive system & deepen my connection with the essence of it all ~ my breath.

By trusting these tools, I’ve also redefined my relationship with old habits. Especially speaking of my 15-year history with tobacco, I’ve learned to use rituals like sacred rapé as medicine—to ground, cleanse, and manifest intentions—instead of using it as an escape.

✨ This journey is about finding true balance, letting go & trusting the wisdom within. Let your heart guide you & honor the whispers of your inner voice.

Let’s grow & breathe together.

ihuu 🌿

#breathworkeveryday 🌬️25/365»Follow Along🪐
This Anulom Vilom Practice (Day24»Explainer=)

Hey Yogic Birds ~ Follow along with your intention & let’s Anulom Vilom🌀😁

In Day 24, I explained the traditional Anulom Vilom technique with matching mudras (hand gestures):⬇️

~ Inhale through one nostril for 4 seconds
~ Hold your breath for 8 seconds
~ Exhale through the other nostril for 8 seconds
~ Repeat on the other side

Today is a beautiful opportunity to practice this wonderful prānāyāma technique & invite true balance into your day! 🌞

With the rare planetary parade today around sunset ~ six planets in alignment ~ let’s embrace the universal flow of this magical moment. 💫

Let’s tap into the universe’s wisdom, letting that inner voice guide us towards truth & becoming better versions of ourselves. ✨🙌

This practice is a beautiful way to balance into your day or unwind in the evening. Start with 3–5 minutes & gradually increase as you feel ready. The key? Let your breath flow gently into your belly ~ soft, easy, & calm.

Anulom Vilom balances your brain hemispheres, calms the nervous system & aligns your energy ~ giving anxiety no chance to shine through.

Reminder: It’s not about effort; it’s about connection. Take your time & let the magic of this technique guide you into a state of balance & stillness. 🙏🏼

🌬️ Perfect for grounding & inviting cosmic magic into your day!✨

Take a few minutes today to breathe, center yourself & connect to the universe within you.🫶

Let’s breathe together!🌀
