Barbell squat, pyramid sets
2x10 295lbs
2x6 374lbs
2x10 275lbs

Front Squat, regular sets
2x8 245lbs
2x10 225lb

Dumbbell Bulgarians, regular sets:
3x12 65lbs each hand

Hanging leg raises:
3x12-15, 35lbs, last set to failure

Isometric glute kickback:
DNF bc my hamstring turned into a ball but normally:
3x12-15 RPE 8

Glute drive:
3x12 RPE 5 (again hamstring no like)

mandatory mirin:
10 RPE

Francisco Barbosa Jr. — to us and so many others, simply Fingaz — was never just a DJ. He was a true curator of culture. A connector. A brother in every sense of the word. And a passionate force who left his mark on Boston’s music, nightlife, and entertainment scene in ways we’ll never forget.

He didn’t just play music—he created moments. He didn’t chase attention—he earned respect. And no matter where you crossed paths with him—behind the booth, on a mic, or in a room full of creatives—his presence was undeniable.

He was a friend, a father, a sibling, a JR, and a man who never held back from speaking his truth or standing on what he believed in. Whether he meant to or not, Fingaz had this way of bringing people together… and now, looking back, that might be one of the most beautiful parts of his legacy.
To say we’re grateful would never be enough. Thank you for letting us share even a small piece of your journey. Thank you for showing up the way you did. For saying what others wouldn’t. For always pushing the culture forward.
