Hi! I’m Sai Saanvi (@saisaanviprathap) and I am so excited to be doing the takeover today! I’m a sophomore double majoring in Psychology & Justice, Law, and Criminology originally from Monroe Township, New Jersey.

On campus, I’m an assistant head delegate for the AU Model United Nations Team (@au_modelun), a UDG for AmeriMUNC (@amerimunc), and an Outreach Coordinator for the Kennedy Political Union (@americanu_kpu). This week we have tryouts for the Model UN Team, so apply by Wednesday to secure your spot on the 4x champion team!

See what it’s like to be a part of our community!

Ethan is a two-year member of the All-American Model UN Travel Team. He is from Geneva, Illinois, where he is a senior at Geneva Community High School. Ethan will attend American University in the fall to study Political Science.

Ethan’s love of Model UN is rooted in something deeper than the competition, the community. An officer on his local team and a delegate who loves researching a well-written position paper, Ethan brings thoughtfulness and dedication to everything he does. Having attended both the DC Academies and Travel Team Academy, he has grown steadily into a well-rounded delegate with a passion for history, geography, and politics that shines through in crisis committees.

Ethan, your desire to make Model UN a group of friends, despite the competition and formality is exactly what makes this community special. We’re so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see what you bring to American University. Congratulations, and best of luck!

This post analyzes thousands of data entries across 15 years of rankings history to fairly quantify that debate and analyze the results obtained from various metrics. This took so much work guys😅so hopefully you enjoy

Special shoutout to @vishwaa.sofat for suggesting we take a historical approach (we’ll definitely do more of this!) and @phoebeechambers for swiping up and offering data! GOATs!

Ladies and gentlemen…the raw points for the 25-26 year!🥳🥳🥳Time to celebrate all of the amazing work you guys put in this past year to make the circuit what it is! Stay tuned for a lot more analysis posts, but we just wanted to share this baseline info first.

One note: we haven’t done SGMUN/Sun God MUN yet, which a handful of California schools attended, the highest ranking one being USC. Once we do that we’ll comment the updated totals here too for those schools.

We know mistakes here are possible…we’re working with a lot of data so have grace! Are happy to make corrections though!

Congrats to William & Mary for putting on an awesome &MUN!! Congrats to all competing delegates too!

The shoutouts go to AU and Concordia. Both mini sized delegations killed it on the points front, PPD, and % awarding, seeing some personal best performances! See you next year!
