So, Miss Lisa @ladriscoll1970 and I were so happy to host cousin Megan @aubrealis and Victor for a late summer dinner party at the homestead! We began the evening with cheese gougères and Lisa’s marvelous tuna tartare lettuce wraps! To drink, two distinct and delicious rosé Champagnes, the first from @champagnelebrunservenay and the second from @champagnepierregerbais 🍾🥂🍾! (Thanks @parlor.wines) Nothing makes for excellent meeting and greeting like bubbles! For dinner, we enjoyed gazpacho, then a wonderful grilled peach and herb salad, followed by roasted pork loin and couscous salad. We paired wines from @hiruztabodega , @jorgeordonezselections , and @tenutatavignano for our savory courses. For a bit of a breather, we enjoyed Lisa’s Italian lemon ice before closing with a portion of key lime cheesecake. Such a really fun night filled with laughter, food and wine, conversation, and friendship! Cheers!

About last night- we were so happy to host Megan @aubrealis ( who happens to be a distant cousin to Barry) and Victor for a summer dinner party! Barry @rbwiggins1314 and I started the night by making tuna tartare lettuce wraps and gougers , which we enjoyed with two rose’ Champagnes from @champagnelebrunservenay and @champagnepierregerbais @parlor.wines - fantastic together! So nice getting to know each other better and hearing each others meet cutes 💕Once we headed to the main event - gazpacho, peach -basil salad, pork and couscous salad, and key lime cheesecake. Wine pairings were on point with wines from @jorgeordonezselections @tenutatavignano and @hiruztabodega . Fun night filled with laughter, food, wine, and friendship!💃#dinnerparty #washingtondc #couples

Celebrating the Fourth of July in an 1881 mansion on the "Millionaire's Row" of Danville, Virginia! We dressed in vintage Americana outfits all weekend, threw impromptu pool and dance parties, enjoyed the local fireworks, watched horrible reality shows in the basement theater, consumed countless cases of champagne, and even met a lot of local politicians (suffice to say, our group stuck out a lot).
