Sunset skies, sandy toes, and a little midweek reset 🌅🧘🏽‍♀️✨

As part of @aucmed_edu Thrive Week, SNMA teamed up with LMSA, BMSA, IAIG, MIM, OIG, and DIG for an evening of sunset yoga at Mullet Bay Beach! 🌊💗

Thank you to everyone who came out to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some much-needed time away from the books. We loved seeing everyone come together for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and community! 🫶🏽

Here’s to finding balance, prioritizing wellness, and making time for ourselves throughout our medical school journey. 🌿

Today’s Breast Abnormalities & Health Screening initiative for Community Action Day led by Dr. Naira Chobanyan, Sarah Sajid, our Clinical Medicine Fellows 🎗️

Our event focused on breast health education, early detection, screening awareness, and meaningful community engagement.

We were honored to welcome the Prime Minister of Sint Maarten, Dr. Luc Marcelina, who joined the event to meet with students, learn more about the screening initiative, and congratulate the team on their efforts. The Prime Minister’s visit provided an opportunity to showcase the work being carried out by AUC students and faculty and to highlight the shared importance of community health, prevention, and public engagement.

Forever grateful for the opportunity to serve, educate, and support the community through preventive health and student-led outreach. 🎗️ Thank you to everyone who contributed 🩷 #aucmed #breastcancerscreening #communityaction #oncology breastcancersupport
