The latest project by The Murder Associates Productions, The Widowmaker (2026), came out today! You can watch the horror short on the company's YouTube channel.

"The Widowmaker" is a found footage thriller featuring influencer Cassia, who, in an attempt to gain clout, plays a dangerous game with a dark web seller.

My review for "The Widowmaker" (2026), directed by A. Wheeler 🇺🇸

This gripping short horror is the latest project from The Murder Associates Productions, a US based production company that I have had the honour of working with several times. Their creativity in the horror genre is remarkable and The Widowmaker is another addition.

The Widowmaker centre on Cassia (played by Grayce Anne Mosier), an influencer, who is deseperately seeking more attention. One day, she dplays a dangerous game with a dark web seller. The result is a well made found footage short horror by a group of friends. A. Wheeler wrote, edited and directed this short, as well as working as executive producer with Nick Aucoin.

Both were outstanding as always. Mosier is great as a likeable main character, in many ways relatable in the age of social media. But the supporting cast is equally good: Jaye Bullock, Mallarie Nix, Kai Dwyer, Hayden Walker and Zoe James. All of them give solid performances. Ryan Bradley voices the titular character and he was perfect, just like he was with The Mare's Game.

The found footage elements work very well for the story and the atmosphere intense. At just under 15 minutes, The Widowmaker is definitely worth checking out and is another great project from the team.

Available to watch on Youtube.

This routine means so much to me. I didn’t place, and that’s okay because the art I put on stage matters infinitely more than any medal does. The genocide against trans people is here and more real than ever, and in the pole community whose backbone is POC and queer/trans strippers, it matters that everyone stands up for trans people and shows out.

We matter. We’re humans with lives and people with so much love to give and so much love to receive. Trans rights are human rights. When I was picking names of those we’ve lost to include in this dance, there were too many to pick from. Don’t forget their names.

I also want to note, I transposed Jazzlyn’s name when I asked Nick to record it and thus the audio says Jasmine. That’s my careless mistake and I’m deeply sorry for that.

If anyone has questions or wants to be pointed to resources to further educate yourself please feel free to dm me. And thank you @poleplayfitness for supporting my art and affirming my personhood in your studio. Thank you @bunnyblossomxo for being apart of this routine. And most of all thank you @_bean_boi_man_ @aucoinhorror @j.l.bullock for lending your voices to this number and caring so much about the community we all are apart of and love. And lastly, thank you @lill_sprout and @loreebailey for believing in me and pushing me to be my best self and best performer.

It's still Pride Month, which means we're still celebrating! 💕

I asked a group of incredible authors a seemingly simple question: who’s your favorite queer character in horror that really changed your life?

Unsurprisingly, I got back a wide and amazing array of responses! I'll be sharing all of them over these last few days of June! Here's part one, which includes everything from The Hunger to The Creature Walks Among Us!

As always, link in the bio! 🥰

Happy Pride Month!!!! 🌈🌈🌈

With everything going on in my life, it took me a while to get to sharing this... Two of my short stories have been nominated for the OutWrite Scary Awards, hosted by Slashic Horror Press!

🏳️‍⚧️🦇 "Let Us Prey" is a T4T vampire horror romance short story that was featured in We Bite Back: A Queer Charity Anthology, which was published by Pride with a Bite to raise money for the Human Rights Campaign.

🪡🩸 "Rip the Stitches" is a body horror short story that deals with the topics of identity, growing up trans, and the sometimes brutal euphoria that can come with the emergence of one's true self. It was featured in the A Bite of Pride ezine and can be read online.

Voting is open until May 30th on the Slashic Horror Press website, if you want to vote!

"The OutWrite Scary Awards are an indie LGBTQ+ horror award designed to celebrate the incredible work of LGBTQ+ authors and their stories in the indie writing space."

Took a trip to the zoo recently! (Feat. family, bush dogs, many pretty birds, me having fun on a frog statue, and the creative censoring of my niece's face.) 🦩

late 2025 reflection post here we go ✨ this past year was hard, for a lot of reasons. so I was struggling to find things to celebrate for a second, especially when the country I live in is the way it is, but I guess there’s some good from last year. I did 6 shows (5 pole, 1 singing), competed at pso for the first time and won second in my category, started doing drag, made a short film with some amazing people (and got to work with one of my fave drag queens on it), continued working with @aucoinhorror and we released a web series, an audiobook (w/ @katharinehanifen ), and a sequel to carnivea called the carnifex, saw the dragula tour, became a published author, started collaborating with @rtpmentalhealth and i made it through a year of grad school!

wishing that 2026 will be gentler and kinder on us all
