| Moments at Moya’s Cove

With endless spaces for connection and community, we’ve decided to make full use of @moyas_cove - and there’s been something for everyone.

The house features four suites, three dining spaces, two fire pits, an entertainment barn with projector, sprawling gardens, and then direct access to the clifftop path and tidal pool…

Today is not just about celebrating women but remembering those who fought for us 👏🏽

When strong women come together, they can shake up the world, heal generations and transform the world.

Whilst we do still face many many issues, in this country, as women, let us also acknowledge how far we have come.

Here's to my ride or dies for life 💕🫶🏽🌸

I hope you have a supportive woman or tribe too, this is one of the greatest privileges and most fulfilling relationships ever.

May the world become a better place for women and girls.

💖 LOVE YOU ALL.

When the socials are not curated…. IG vs Reality. The lyrics are the biggest loser.😂

All abooooaaaaard the Wine Taxi! 🚕🥂🍷🍾

Safe. Convenient. Very affordable.

@winetaxi_ offers you return transport to and from wine farms (from a central pick-up and drop-off spot in Cape Town), so that you don't have to stress about having to drive yourself, after consuming wine, or debate about who is going to be designated driver.

There are 12 seats available per trip. For locals, by locals. No tourist prices!

The next trip is on 2 May – make sure to book for a fun, stress-free wine farm experience.

Water & wine tasting are included. All other drinks and food are for your own account.

Yay for making wine farms more accessible to locals!

(PS. It was so lovely hanging with old friends but also meeting new people. I loved this trip so much and didn't want the experience to end😅)

I turned 47 in February. I thought it might be time to re-enter main grid posting… 😊

The previous 14 months have been a test like no other, as my circle knows. The life education is humbling and on-going, but so is the growth, I guess..I’ve compiled 47 Lessons at 47, if you’d like to scroll through. Please share if it resonates or if there are tid bits you’ve learned too that we could all lean into 📚

On the day, my dearest @tuanniprice and @absiep treated me to a fabulous Thai spa experience— fitting as I’d leave to Thailand soon after.
A few days later I hosted a lunch table at @utopiacapetown — my first visit. Gorgeous views of our precious Mother City 🌇

I give thanks to my beloved family, friends and acquaintances near and far for all the good wishes and beautiful moments we’ve shared over the years 🥂

The last video really is my favourite— because who are we as a community without all of us present in the frame? 🎂🍾❤️

| Electric Horizons
Touching down at Cape Town International Airport, I was greeted by two beautiful sights. One familiar – the welcoming outline of Table Mountain – and the other – a glistening @rangerover Velar. Having previously had the petrol version, I was intrigued to see how the hybrid would compare – and ready to take her to two incredible destinations.

The P400E is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that combines a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor: the zero-emission range is up to 63 km, and after a 30-minute fast charge or a 2.5-hour home charge, the battery is good to go.

Charged and ready, the Velar took me off to explore two Western Cape destinations, both within reach of a single charge from the airport:

Franschhoek’s hottest new boutique hotel

A stunning Scarborough exclusive rental

| the Ocean’s Horizon life
A few little vignettes of life at the beautiful @oceanshorizon.beachhouse - where we’ve enjoyed the thoughtfully and tastefully designed spaces. From pool, hot tub, decks, to gardens.

Being 45 minutes from Cape Town, Scarborough offers a welcome break from the activity of the city. Stay as a quiet home base while exploring, or an escape after your city stay. Thank you Ocean’s Horizon, hopefully won’t be my last visit!

| Ocean’s Horizon Scarborough
My first assignment back home takes me to the dreamy oceanside of Scarborough @oceanshorizon.beachhouse . This luxury rental home sits on the village’s highest street, with grandstand views over the coastline.

Three en suite bedrooms take in the marine vistas, and then a large open plan living space, deck with a pool, garden with a braai, direct mountain access for fynbos walks, and a hot tub with a view - the home that offers it all!

Then it’s a mere 3-minute drive to the beach to soak up more of the glorious South African sunshine. I can’t wait to share more of this dream ocean escape…

I love a parasol moment. The smartphone could never replicate the vividly intense turquoise, and aquamarine of the ocean at Scarborough. Wes Anderson eat your heart out!

Love the special time with close friends. Precious beyond understanding x

Swipe through for the highlights from our Afro Wine Week Restaurant Crawl! 📸
While we spent the week discussing high-level investment strategies, we know that true change also happens on the ground. It happens when we intentionally support Black entrepreneurs.
Supporting Black-owned business isn’t a trend—it is a correction. It brings economic stability to a community that was historically denied land, freedom, and human rights. When we eat, drink, and celebrate together in these spaces, we are reclaiming that value.
Good food, great wine, and an even greater purpose.
