You survived every season of your life. A day off is not going to break you.

So tell us, what does being unapologetically grown mean to you? Drop it in the comments. 🤎.

Save this for the next Saturday you forget.

At this big GROWN age, we are not tearing up our knees trying to prove we can still do what we did at 25.

We’re choosing joint-friendly modifications that still get the heart pumping and the body moving, without the burpees and box jumps.

Working out after 50 isn’t about punishing our bodies. It’s about protecting our joints, maintaining our strength and being able to enjoy this life for a long time.

We talked about what fitness can and should look like for women over 50. Watch the full episode on YouTube. Tap the link in our bio, then select YouTube.

What’s one exercise you’ve officially retired or modified after 50?

Every cocktail has a story. MXXR will be their storyteller. 🍸📖

We've spent years watching a simple drink bring people together.

That’s the inspiration behind MXXR, helping users discover, connect and celebrate, while helping brands, venues and events understand the people and moments behind every pour.

To us, cocktails are social currency, not just another drink. 🥂✨

JOIN US OCT 14TH FROM 6-9PM FOR "THE PRIVATE MONEY AFFAIR" as we share what we’re building and how you can be a part of our journey.

GLP-1 shots or strength training?

There’s a lot of conversation about weight-loss medications, but what happens to the conversation about building strength, protecting muscle and staying active as we get older?

Fitness professional Trish Andrews joins us on Unapologetically Grown to talk about fitness after 50 and why the number on the scale isn’t the whole story.

We want to hear from you, ladies. Has your approach to fitness changed after 50?

Watch our full conversation with Trish Andrews on unapologeticallygrown.com and YouTube at Unapologetically Grown Pod.

This conversation reflects the personal opinions and experiences of our hosts and guest. It is for general information and entertainment only and is not medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any medication or fitness program.

MY BODY’S BACK. And I’m feeling like ME again.

Hot flashes. Night sweats. Mood changes. A body that suddenly feels unfamiliar.

For many of us, menopause has us asking, “What happened to the woman I used to be?”

On this episode of Unapologetically Grown, Val and I sit down with fitness professional Trish Andrews for a conversation about menopause, movement, and finding your way back to yourself.

Trish shares how movement helped her reconnect with her body, regain her confidence, and feel like herself again.

And ladies, this conversation is about so much more than a number on the scale.

It’s about having the energy to enjoy your life, the strength to keep doing what you love, and the confidence to embrace the woman you are today.

Because grown women aren’t done living. Not even close.

Now, let’s talk in the comments:

What’s ONE thing you’re doing to feel more like yourself in this season of life?

Your body changed. Your fitness plan should too.

After 50, working harder isn’t always the answer. Sometimes we need to work differently.

On Episode 11 of Unapologetically Grown, we’re talking with Trish Andrews, CEO of TAF, LLC and founder of Trish Andrews Fitness, about what fitness really looks like in this season of life.

Menopause. Strength training. Nutrition. Injuries. Consistency. The scale. And yes, the frustration of doing what used to work and realizing…it doesn’t work the same anymore.

Trish’s message?

Train for longevity, not punishment.

Because the goal isn’t to get your 30-year-old body back.

It’s to build a stronger, healthier body for the woman you are NOW.

🎙️ Episode 11: Fitness After 50 is available now.

Send this to the girlfriend who keeps saying, “We need to get back in the gym.” 😂
