🗣️ Two themes of this past month in mental health were “Good days” and “Keeping Community.” Coach J. chats with another mental health professional, and veteran clinician @audreyduross - as two friends offering viewers clarity, compassion and the benefit of wellness in mental health.

Two takeaways: Don’t be intimidated by the various types of mental health provider/support, but DO ask questions to clarify your needs. Most will guide you in the right direction if you need a specialized provider or referral. The 🔑 is to make the investment in your mental health and well-being. It is not just for those who are struggling, but for those who want to maintain a healthy, self-aware and best version of self.

What a few days together at the Spring Collaborative Conference: Mental Health Through the Lifespan.

Packed rooms. Meaningful conversations. Real connection.

We were honored to include a presentation from Dr. Lisa Damour, and equally inspired by the depth of knowledge, preparation, and care shared by our local presenters. A powerful reminder of the strength of this community.

We came together. We learned. We connected. We shared. And we made space for provider well-being along the way.

With deep gratitude to all who made this possible:

🤝 Co-organizers:
Deidre Ashley (@mentalhealthandrecoveryjh )
Elizabeth Cheroutes (Jackson Hole Therapy)

Ski Out Ski In. Once in a while we get enough snow in the neighborhood to ski from and back to the house which is really cool. Also saw some unusually long and thin “needle” ice crystals forming on tree branches all over the forest…
