I drew inspiration from:

- Early 2000’s punk aesthetic from Undercover by Jun Takahashi , specifically his SS2003 “Scab” collection (Jun is HEAVILY influenced by Vivienne Westwood, RIP).

- David Byrne’s fantastically enormous grey blazer in the concert movie Stop Making Sense by The Talking Heads.

- The deeply personal concepts of Carol Christian Poell - how every garments he creates has a unique story and intimate (yet sometimes complicated) relationship with the wearer).

- Painted clothing, primarily from the archives of Martin Margiela and a Balenciaga look from S/S 2014 by Alexander Wang.
