PARENTS: YOUR ATHLETE SHOULDN’T BE LOSING MATCHES BECAUSE THEIR BODY CAN’T KEEP UP WITH THEIR SKILL. 🤼🥋

When two athletes are technically close, the one who can stay explosive, keep attacking, and maintain a brutal pace has a major advantage.

🔥 Push a relentless pace
💥 Explode through shots, takedowns, scrambles & passes
💪 Maintain strength deep into matches
🫁 Recover faster between hard exchanges
⚡ Repeat explosive efforts over and over
⛽ Build a gas tank that feels unlimited

The goal isn’t just to survive a hard match.

It’s being able to attack, recover, and ATTACK AGAIN while the other athlete starts to fade.

Help your athlete become stronger, faster, more explosive, and better conditioned for competition.

Liberty ‘31

I am beyond proud and honored to announce that i will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Liberty University

I first want to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for allowing me to continue pursuing this game at the next level. Without him none of this would be possible.I would like to thank my Dad and Mom for supporting me throughout this journey and process. Without their relentless support I wouldn’t be where i am today.

I want to thank Coach McQuillan and the liberty Coaching staff for giving me this wonderful opportunity

Last but not least i want to thank every coach that has believed in me and coached me to where i am. I want to thank @whiteroselacrosse for giving me a home in my own backyard and i want to thank Southwestern for raising me through the youth program!

🥇 IBJJF Virginia Open 2026 Champion 🟣

What a day. Grateful to come away with the gold at the IBJJF Virginia Open as a purple belt.

I was able to finish both of my matches by submission—one with an armbar and one with a rear naked choke. It's always rewarding to see the countless hours on the mats pay off, but I know none of this happens alone.

A huge thank you to all of my coaches for your knowledge, guidance, and belief in me. To all of my teammates, thank you for the tough rounds, the support, and for pushing me to get better every single day. Iron truly sharpens iron.

And to my beautiful fiancée—thank you for always believing in me, supporting me through every training session, every competition, and everything in between. I couldn't do this without you.

Back to work. The goal is always to keep learning, keep improving, and keep chasing the next challenge. 💜🥋
