Happy birthday to my oldest and dearest friends. You have been in the world for 28 years now. You are the kindest, sweetest, most loving person I know. You give with your whole heart and never expect anything in return. Thanks for being my best friend for over 25 yrs. I love you the most!

Today is a very important day. Today is my best friend’s 27th birthday. This is huge because we have been friends for almost 25 years. She is there for me even when we are miles apart. She has a beautiful heart, soul, and face. You are selfless and kind. You will always be my friend, you will always be my sister. I love you dee! Happy birthday!

Life has not been easy lately and anxiety and depression have hit harder than normal. I don’t talk about things often and I always put on a brave face, but yesterday at all different times, I was reminded by my friends just how loved I am. Thank you for the pep talks that’s remind me of my worth, for letting me sob on the phone, for the comedy bits you sent that made me laugh my ass off, and for a onesie that made me bawl and reminded me why I fight so hard. Life has a weird way of bringing people back together and I’m so grateful for the relationships I have with you guys, my heart needed you all and I love you so so much!

After zip-lining and sushi we took a spontaneous moonlit canoe ride! I’ve never laughed so much in my life! We were straight up awful and ran into every tree and duck 🦆 then we ended the night eating s’mores under that beautiful big red moon! Today was just what I needed to clear my head ❤️

My best friend took me zip lining today for my birthday! 14 years later and she’s still my favorite adrenaline buddy! She hates it but puts up with me anyway! :)
