a VERY very few highlights from my 35th time around the sun ☀️ 🫶🏽 …and wow 🥹 i’m truly humbled by all the love and light in my life.

just a few years ago i couldn’t have even pictured all of the expansion, growth, and new experiences coming my way! to my past self: THANK YOU GIRL! this year, i was again blessed, loved, lucky, creatively empowered, healthy and happy. i said my vows in front of god/nature to my soulmate. and to top it all off we got the keys to our new place today - on my birthday!!! i’ve cried so many times from joy today that i’ve lost count. thank you sooooo much to everyone as well for the special wishes 🥹

i know that life isn’t always easy, but my wish back to you is that you light up the world with as much faith, hope, joy, love, community and creativity as you possibly can. love always ❤️

Bringing the raw and the real to breakthrough the noise. Out here trying to create a loophole in the timeline, remembering we have to keep sharing and making art, even during trying times that make us feel overwhelmed and invisible. KEEP ON LOVING DROPS MARCH 20TH! LFG FAM.

KEEP ON LOVING IS FINALLY DROPPING MARCH 20TH! Been YEARS in the making, with more than few roadblocks in the way, but we did it yall, it’s gonna be put out there. I wrote this song on the way to a sesh with Connor as I sat in LA traffic. Joe and I had just gotten together and this melody came to my mind. I wound up writing the whole track on the drive there, and when I arrived I asked if Connor could help make me the beat. A few months later he was able to get the talented Jonathan Mono to hop onto this collab. Flash forward a few years to Chicago, where Lorenzo was able to come on board to shoot the video for us. But the timeline wasn’t finished yet. It took another few years to get the footage and begin the edit, but it finally all came together. Grateful for the push and help even when life got in the way for everyone involved. A true testament that time isn’t linear and things will get done when it’s meant to be. We can’t wait to share the track and the video with you all!

“When a heart breaks, it breaks Open.”
#ommanipadmehum
🙏💚🙏
I am so excited to share with you today’s release of Heartbreak Open!
🙌💚🙌
The words and melody to this song came through over the past year as a meditation while moving through alot of heartbreak in every area of life. The song is a message that you can always come back to self-love - to that place where the deepest healing takes place. Centering around the mantra “Om mani padme hum,” the traditional sanskrit mantra for self-love, the song moves through through pain back into the place where the heart breaks open.
💚💚💚
This track features my dear friend Alan Price @alanprice123 on violin and me on all vocals, harp and percussion. The masterful Connor Irias @auralponic mixed and mastered the track. Photo credit Is the lovely Inna Shnayder @inna.lila

Lyrics:
“My heart lay on the floor,
In a thousand pieces
and I don’t know what to do anymore,
So I pray…

‘Cause when a heart breaks..,
Om mani padme hum.

So I pick the pieces up,
and begin putting them back together again.
And focus all that golden energy,
back to me.

‘Cause when a heart breaks, it breaks Open.
Om mani padme hum ”
