Meet The Collective for Community Wellness. 🌿

Wellness is often talked about as something individual: how we eat, how we move, how we rest, how we care for ourselves.

But wellness is also shaped by what exists around us.

Our access to healthcare and education. The spaces where we gather. Our relationships. Our creativity. Our cultures. The resources available within our communities. The opportunities we have to learn, connect, express ourselves, and support one another.

The Collective for Community Wellness (TCCW) brings together people, organizations, businesses, creatives, educators, and community builders whose work touches different parts of that larger picture.

Our members don’t all do the same thing, and we don’t believe they need to.

TCCW includes work across healthcare, herbal wellness, community events, personal development, beauty, storytelling, education, creativity, and community-centered experiences.

What connects us is a shared investment in people and the communities we’re part of.

This carousel introduces the members who make up TCCW and the different work each of us brings to the collective.

Because community is wellness.

Meet Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania, a member of The Collective for Community Wellness. 💙

PPSP provides sexual and reproductive healthcare to people throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, regardless of insurance or immigration status.

Their services include birth control, STI testing and treatment, abortion care, vaccinations, gender-affirming care, menopause and perimenopause care, PrEP, PEP, DoxyPEP, and more. Their work also extends beyond clinical care through comprehensive sexuality education and advocacy for health equity and access to care.

Their presence within TCCW represents an important part of community wellness: access to healthcare, information, autonomy, safety, and support.

Wellness isn’t only about what we do individually. The systems, services, information, and resources available to us matter too.

Being tired and needing a break are not always the same thing.

Sometimes tired means I need sleep.

But sometimes needing a break looks like feeling empty, checking out of conversations, losing motivation for things I actually care about, watching more TV than I even want to, struggling to focus, and constantly reaching for something to distract me from how depleted I really feel.

That’s where I’ve been.

I just moved. My body hurts. My mind has been overloaded. I’ve been trying to get settled, keep up with responsibilities, show up in my relationships, figure out what comes next, and somehow still feel grateful through all of it.

And I am grateful.

But I’m also tired as hell.

So this is my reminder, and maybe yours too, that you do not have to wait until your body completely shuts down before you give yourself permission to pause.

Rest does not always mean doing absolutely nothing. Sometimes rest is taking a walk. Sitting on the balcony. Journaling. Turning the television off. Being honest that you do not have the capacity today. Letting yourself enjoy something that has no productive outcome attached to it.

The world will still be here when you get back.

And sometimes taking a real break is exactly how you find your way back to yourself.

Which one of these signs have you been feeling?

I’ve been paying more attention to my own posture lately, especially after noticing that my pelvis often shifts forward instead of resting in a more neutral position.

That was a reminder that posture is not only about standing up straight or how you look. It can also be about awareness, strength, mobility, and noticing the positions your body keeps returning to throughout the day.

I’m personally working on becoming more aware of how I stand, sit, and carry tension, and incorporating simple exercises that support better alignment without trying to force my body into one “perfect” position.

What affects your posture the most: sitting at a desk, looking down at your phone, driving, or something else?

And if you’re ready to build healthier routines that realistically fit your life, I work one-on-one with women to create sustainable wellness habits. You can book a free discovery call through the link in my bio. 🤎

Your body is talking to you every single day. The question is… are you listening? 🤎

So many of us were taught to only pay attention to our bodies when something hurts. But your body gives you information long before it reaches that point.

Tracking your health isn’t about becoming obsessed with numbers, it’s about learning your normal so you can notice when something changes.

🩸 Menstrual Cycle
Your cycle can tell you so much about your overall health. Personally, I use Clue to track mine because it helps me recognize patterns in my symptoms, mood, energy, and cycle. (Not sponsored, I just genuinely like it.)

😴 Sleep
Don’t just count your hours. Pay attention to how rested you actually feel. Eight hours of poor sleep isn’t the same as eight hours of quality sleep.

😊 Mood
Your emotions don’t happen in isolation. Hormones, stress, nutrition, sleep, and life all play a role. Tracking your mood can help you respond with more compassion instead of confusion.

⚡ Energy
Notice when you naturally feel your best. Are you energized in the morning? Do you crash every afternoon? Your body often has patterns worth paying attention to.

🍽️ Digestion
Your gut is connected to so much more than your stomach. Bloating, constipation, nausea, or changes in digestion can all be useful information, not something to ignore.

This is exactly why I’m creating wellness trackers for the Evolving Wellness Channel. 🤎

If you’ve been wanting a simple way to keep up with your cycle, mood, sleep, energy, and more, join the channel. I’ll be sharing exclusive trackers, guides, and educational resources there as I build them.

✨ What’s one thing you already track, or want to start tracking?

🩸Your menstrual cycle is more than your period, it’s one of the best windows into your overall health.

😴 Sleep isn’t just about how long you sleep. It’s about how well your body recovers while you’re asleep.

😊 Your mood has patterns. Tracking them helps you understand yourself instead of judging yourself.

⚡ You weren’t designed to feel the same every day. Learning your energy patterns helps you work with your b
