Another huge thanks to our lovely guests, for bringing your energy and enthusiasm to this weekend's Foodie Retreat.

It's been an absolute pleasure to have run two retreats in a row @woodygroveretreat

We cooked, ate, learnt, laughed, walked, swam, meditated, did yoga, pilates and aromatherapy, had massages, read books and did puzzles.

What a fabulous 4 days, you guys were a joy to host, thanks so much for your support.

We're excited to launch dates for more Foodie/Cooking Retreats in 2026 soon.

If you're interested in joining us, please DM me so we can try to coordinate the best dates 🧡

A special thanks to @trulywellness @kellieseas28 @reclaimyourwomanhood for your magic hands and amazing knowledge, your input added so much to the whole experience. 🙏

The state we want to reach is an organic flow of:
🧠 Highly engaged focus
🌴 Broken up with rest periods where we have a break from it all.

And sometimes we'll fuck up the balance, but we learn and recalibrate. Ride those waves 🤙

In a world without sound, learn how the breath can become a language of its own

We all have an inner dialogue and noise. Now imagine how loud that gets when everything else is quiet

Today was one of the most beautiful, rewarding and challenging workshops I’ve ever been part of

Thanks to Karla and Emma from @auslanmindbody for bringing me to teach a breathing workshop on their Men’s Wellbeing Program for Deaf Men.

I’ve taken a few deaf men skydiving and they have been the best listeners

And no I’m not trying to be funny

The men today were so curious, open and attentive

A true pleasure and I can’t wait to do this again

When you can’t hear the world, you can learn to feel it - with every breath you take

Another gorgeous retreat with @auslanmindbody, nourishing a delightful group of deaf women. It was so nice to meet you all! We learn a few new signs each time, we especially love the one for Scotland! 😘

We ate from India to Mexico, France and Japan with a focus on gut healthy, low/no sugar, nutrient dense foods, that are most importantly, DELICIOUS. Some highlights were the miso eggplant (loved even by those who thought they wouldn't 🧡 ) and the vegan tart citron with tangy lemon coconut custard and blueberries.

All served up at the beautiful @stonehill_estate, so nice to be back 🙏
